After testing different speeds I believe that the faster the gameplay the quicker the cpu is gonna make decisions which usually equates to more of a challenge. I play on fast with 25 threshold and guys like Brady and Manning do not hold the ball very long and are carving defenses up.

Re: TNK - Madden Next-Gen Sliders

I believe I have an idea as to why it's being said that the game does not play the same in play now, and know how to fix it.

When you go to the global setting and change it to all madden and then enter your player skills and CPU skills it changes from all madden to custom in the global setting. The way you fix this is to enter your player skills and CPU skills as listed on the first page of this thread. After you have them entered, manually save them. Go back to the global settings, you will notice it says custom instead of all madden. Change this back to all madden. Then go back to your player skills you will notice these have changed from what you set the first time due to the global All Madden setting. To get your setting back and keep it saying All Madden in the global setting, you need to load your player skill settings and cpu settings instead of manually putting them in. Once you have them loaded back out and go back to the global settings and you should see it now says all madden with your correct player skills and CPU skills matching what's on the first page of this thread.

This should give you the same game play in play now as connected careers.

Re: TNK - Madden Next-Gen Sliders

Oh wow!

Down by 10 twice (Raiders me @ Indy) week 1, and Flynn runs into the endzone on third and goal from the 10 w 30 seconds left in the 4th. 20-19.

Down by one, we line up to go for 2 as I call a play that compliments my other audibles to have some options...might run it or call TO. I see a hole and call a simple dive w McFadden.

STUFFED! ****!

Onside kick...........and Oakland recovers w 2 TOs still! 3rd and 10 Flynn completes a pass to set us up w 2 seconds left for the game winning FG 22-20.

Re: TNK - Madden Next-Gen Sliders

Ok guys just tried my first game with the updated sliders.. I played 10 minute quarters instead of 15.. What I got from this game was the fact that NY (CPU) had 9 dropped passes and only managed 40 plays vs 68 plays by me... My Line gave up over 7 sacks... It came down to the wire tho... here is the box score

Re: TNK - Madden Next-Gen Sliders

Ever watch the way the Center and Guards interact with DT's?Some VERY BAD ANIMATIONS.
What do you fellas think of Human Pass Blocking set to 70?
I want to Test this to see a better pocket being formed.

Hold that lead vs Cincinnati!!

Re: TNK - Madden Next-Gen Sliders

TNK - PATRIOTS FRANCHISE

WEEK 5 - New England Patriots (3-1) @ Cincinnati Bengals (4-0)

The Following players will not play in todays game:
INJURY REPORT
PosPlayerInjury Note
CTrevor Robinson (CIN)Knee (1 Week)
LTAndrew Whitworth (CIN)Thumb (2 Weeks)
DTEarl Mitchell (CIN)Broken Jaw (1 Week)

Stevan Ridley fumbled on the Patriots 1st drive of the game and the Bengals turned it into a FG to take a 3-0 lead. The Patriots took the game over from there and scored the games next 28 points before taking a 28-6 halftime lead. The Bengals chipped away and cut the Patriots lead to 31-20 late in the 3rd quarter to make it a game again. The Bengals dug themselves too much of a hole though as the Patriots hand Cincinnati their 1st loss of the season 38-23 to improve to 4-1 on the season.

* The Patriots put together some long drives and dominated the time of possession in this game.

* The Bengals had some quick strikes but struggles to put together many long sustained drives and keep the ball out of Brady's hands

* Tom Brady was sharp again completing 32 of 38 passes for 344 with 2 TD and 1 INT

* Stevan Ridley fumbled on his 1st carry of the day but bounced back to have another big game with 155 yards rushing and he broke loose for a beautiful 59 TD run in the 1st quarter that saw him break a tackle and then stiff arm a defender along the sideline and dive for the end zone.

* Brandon Bolden had a great game as the change of pace back and compiled 88 yards on just 10 carries

* Danny Amendola and Rob Gronkowski each had 11 catches and were both over 100 yards receiving as the Bengals had no answer for them defensively

* The (4-1) Patriots return home to New England next week where they will face the (4-1) Saints in what should be a great match up as Tom Brady and Drew Brees square off in a battle of tow of the premier QB in the NFL.

* I'm going to drop HUM Run Blocking by a few clicks to try and aid the CPU defense against the run a little bit more.
