Re: TNK - Madden Next-Gen Sliders

Main problem with these is too many INTS. For me and the CPU. I know it's a game-wide issue and I also know alot of the INTS are my fault.I have to realize my recievers aren't going to "fight" for the ball like in real life so I can't toss it up in close one vs. one situations. Have to wait for him to be open.

But the CPU is tossing picks left and right as well.

The Patriots controlled the game on both sides of the ball early and had a 23-7 lead at halftime and looked to be well on their way to another Super Bowl appearance. The Colts got an early FG in the 3rd quarter to cut the New England lead to 23-10. The Patriots were about to increase their lead late in the 3rd quarter when Tom Brady was intercepted by Vontae Davis who jumped in front of a pass to Dobson and took off for a 99 interception return for a TD to pull the Colts within one score and cut the Patriots lead to 23-17 with 0:02 remaining in the 3rd quarter. The game would head to the 4th quarter with the Colts trailing 23-17 and New England trying hold on and advance to the Super Bowl. The Patriots had the ball to start the 4th quarter and would move the ball to midfield before a Brady pass was deflected at the line of scrimmage and Robert Mathis plucked the ball out of the air for a huge interception to give possession back to the Colts on the New England 49 yard line trailing by 6 points with 13:00 to play. Andrew Luck wasted no time as he marched the Colts in to the red zone with a string of completions and Trent Richardson capped off the drive with his 2nd TD of the game to give the Colts a 24-23 lead with just over 11:00 remaining and stun the crowd at Gillette Stadium as the Patriots have allowed 17 straight points and suddenly trail 24-23. Tom Brady and the Patriots took the ball and put together one hell of a drive as they mixed the run and pass beautifully with Ridley and Blount pounded out yardage on the ground and Brady hitting open receivers to move the chains and chew up clock. New England used 15 plays to get the ball to the Indianapolis 8 yard line at the 2:00 warning setting up 2nd & goal. The Patriots couldn't get the snap off on 3rd down and took a delay of game penalty with 1:15 remaining setting up 3rd & goal from the Colts 13 yard line and Blount would pick up a few yards to setup a 24 yd FG by Gostkowski to give the Patriots a 26-24 lead with 1:08 remaining. The stage was set for a fantastic finish as Andrew Luck and the Colts offense would start with 1:01 remaining at their own 37 yard line after a solid kick return with 2 timeouts needing a FG to send them to the Super Bowl. Incomplete passes on their 1st two plays set up 3rd & 10 with 0:55 to play. Luck tried to hit Bradshaw out of the backfield on 3rd down but Brandon Spikes got a hand on the ball bringing up a HUGE 4th down & 10 with 0:52 left to play and the Colts needing a 1st down to stay alive and Luck hit Darius Heyward-Bey on the sideline at the Patriots 46 yard line for a 1st down with 0:48 remaining. Rob Ninkovich came up with a big sack on the next play to push Indianapolis back to their own 48 yard line with 0:40 to play and the clock running. Luck hit T.Y. Hilton at the Patriots 45 yard line setting up 3rd down & 9 after a timeout with 0:31 remaining. Luck couldn't connect with Hilton on 3rd down setting up 4th & 9 with 0:29 to play and the Colts needing a 1st down to stay alive. The New England crowd was going crazy as the Patriots were one stop away from a trip to the Super Bowl and the Colts were one 1st down and a field goal away from going to the Super Bowl as well. The Colts and Patriots were lined up for the biggest play of either teams season on 4th & 9 as Luck dropped back to pass and hit Reggie Wayne cutting across the middle of the field but Kyle Arrington was there to make an immediate tackle and Wayne was stopped 1 yard short of the 1st down at the New England 37 yard line to give the ball back to the Patriots with 0:24 remaining and send New England back to the Super Bowl!!!!!

WHAT A FINISH !!!!!

* The Patriots win an epic AFC Championship game by a score of 26-24 and will be headed to New York for Super Bowl 48

* The San Francisco 49ers beat the Dallas Cowboys 36-17 int he NFC Championship Game

* The Patriots and 49ers will meet in Super Bowl 48 at Met Life Stadium in New York

Re: TNK - Madden Next-Gen Sliders

What makes these seem so unrealistic is the huge disparity in time of possession in each and every game.........I think for sliders to be labeled 'realistic' then they should at least be close in most games in TOP.....

feel free to make a great set then dude......it also has a lot to do with the user and how much you drain the clock, running game, incomplete passes, long drives, etc.

I always let the play clock go down to at least 10 seconds so I feel I'm not rushing the plays and game too much. I also run the ball a lot. I usually have a greater TOP because of this even if I do lose.

Interesting point. I looked back at the last few games TNK posted and TOP is usually 20 : 40 in favor of TNK. I think the reason for this is the CPU is unable to sustain long drives because they can't run the ball. Often the AVG cpu running play is only 3.0 yards or less. The game against Houston and Arian foster is the exception, although I would venture a guess that most of his yards came on 2-3 long runs and the rest were short gains which would explain the TOP.

I find that the CPU can't run the ball very well on slow game speed and that you have to put it on normal to get a decent CPU rushing attack so they can sustain drives and equal TOP.

Not knocking your sliders TNK, I used yours quite a bit, just saying that's what I've found.

Re: TNK - Madden Next-Gen Sliders

Anyone having issues with fumbles? I get at least 3 a game. I have tried many different settings and cannot seem to get it to fix. I've tried HUM 25 and CPU 100 . I've tried HUM 5 and CPU 5. I've tried HUM 25 and CPU 50. anyone have any idea how to NOT get so many fumbles? Everytime I hit stick I can guarantee a fumble almost every time. It's to the point I don't want to play anymore. If anyone has an answer please fill me in. this is THE WORST MADDDEN ever for fumble problems for the CPU, not HUM.
