Which way to set fatigue?

Confused as to how exactly the fatigue slider works. Will a higher rating = a higher fatigue rate?

A higher fatigue setting will cause players to tire quicker and need to be subbed in. I really wouldn't touch the fatigue slier being that you'll eventually see players come off the field and ever return. You'll also see positions come off the field that you do not want to come off the field since auto subs are broken in CFM.
