Elway7's *Coach Mode Sliders*

This is a set based off of the great set by capa. Hopefully, I can contribute to capa's work and we can get this thing will get nailed down, for all of us coach mode lovers. I have my set uploaded on the ps4 version, under the name "elwayben7".

Here's the breakdown......................................... ..

HUM/CPU (both the same)

42 QB Accuracy Let's try 39 here
67 Pass Block
98 WR Catch
58 Run Block
42 Fumble
56 Pass Reaction
1 Interception
67 Pass Coverage
37 Tackling

SPECIAL TEAMS

65 FG power (This goes with the tackling slider, *subject to change*)
32 FG Accuracy
48 Punt Power
98 Punt Accuracy
54 Kick Off Power

PENALTIES

47 Offside
43 False Start
38 Holding
47 Face Mask
44 DPI
37 OPI
43 Catch Interference
48 Clipping
31 Grounding
54 Rough Passer
53 Rough Kicker

*Note on Penalties*
I feel it's necessary to just tweak these like this. In the six games I've played in my chise thus far I've seen better game play overall. I figured, since the penalties don't really work correctly to begin with, who cares if any get called. It's all about the game play and trying to achieve somewhat realistic gaming stats, overall.

AUTO SUBS

*Note on Auto Subs*
I feel these are actually close as well. The key is the fatigue setting, which I will post next. I've seen my RB carry the ball 28 times in a game and his backup get 5 carries at these settings. More tweaking I'm sure.

GAME PLAY (Optional,users preference)

AllPro
15 Minute Quarters
Accelerated Clock On
13 Seconds
36 Injury
63 Fatigue
34 Threshold
Normal Speed Try Fast
Coach Mode "ON"

*Note on Game Play*
I've seen injuries here and there and sometimes not at all. The injuries, like the penalties and the FG kicking are whacked. Trying to find that happy place is all that matters in this case. Fatigue might still need a tweak or two.

Hopefully this set, along with capa's, can help us all get the most out of Madden NG as possible and make our coaching experiences good ones.
So please, offer up your feedback, negative or positive and let's nail this thing. I will post my last few gaming box scores when I get around to it.
Remember, it's all about the game play!

ENJOY!

Hey I know these are for coach mode, but what are you seeing the WR doing at the slider being at 98? compared to say 50 for example?

As far as animations go, not much to write home about. A few toe drags on the sideline and some one handers. I've seen them drop a few at this setting though. That's a good thing!
One thing I've noticed with this NG, is that the QB's throw a lot of dink and dunk and will occasionally go deep. This is for the most part accurate for the times.

Good job on this set! I uploaded a revised set yesterday but still a WIP. We are getting alot closer, that's for sure. If EA would patch penalties and make QBs get rid of ball faster when pressured, we'd be golden!

Been hunting for effective coach sliders.

*Note on sack totals*
The game I lost to the Vikings the Totals were lower. The Jets and Ravens game were both in hurry up mode towards the end and got a few cheap sacks each game. I also run a 4/3 attacking defense as well.

*Notes*
A few injuries here and there. Most guys able to return. I destroyed Flacco on a run play in the third quarter and he never returned. Torrey Smith was also taken out. I lost Jarvis Jones briefley and Cortez Allen. Geno smith was hurt for one play in the Jets game.

Love the Interception totals.

Running game is tight. It has it's flaws, like the RB's juking at nothing. Seen Bell throw a few stiff arms and break tackles.

Completion totals are a tad off (Too Accurate). I'm gonna up pass coverage a few notches and lower Accuracy a few notches to see if this corrects this issue.

Jets game had three fumbles by the Jets. Two by Geno Smith and 1 by Goodson. I had bell fumble once so far against the Ravens, but I recovered it.

Screw the penalties! Don't need them.

Hope this helps everyone! Enjoy!

When you up the sliders for penalties, does it take away from the way the game plays?

Trying to get a grasp on how they work.

These are for the PS4, by the way. Not sure if game plays the same on Xbox1. I'd imagine it does.
Anyhow, yes the penalties affect the way the players play. Set the holding slider too high and you''ll see sacks galore. Set the interference too high and players tend to hold back more on coverage and going for the ball. Etc. Etc.
