Tackle slider affects FG power!!!

What an odd slider glitch to occur although I see this was the same for NCAA football. Anyone out there with the Tackle slider at 15 wonder why now all of a sudden CPU FG's cant even reach the endzone, yea its because of that tackle slider. No idea why but put that back up to 40ish and the CPU now knows how to Kick FG's again......................I am speechless about this find.

Re: Tackle slider affects FG power!!!

I am so tired of this bs. So sick of unintended consequences when adjusting sliders and penalties. Makes it impossible to get the game to play to your liking. I feel the tackle slider needs to be lowered significantly. At default, it's like touch football. One touch and the runner is down instantly. And usually down hard like he's just been run over by a truck.

I wonder if EA even knows what effects adjusting slider/penalty adjustments has on other attributes of this game. I'm tired of this. Get a clue EA.

Wow! This makes perfect sense for me. I usually have my kick slider in the low 50's to high 40's. My tackle slider is at 30 and kicking now up at 68 and still can't even sniff the goalpost at 52 yards. Thanks for the find!

Someone else suggested this but I am now using it because tackle slider at 15 is a must for me. Just super sim the field goals .

Super Sim. I agree Bro.

I raised Fg Power to 70, then 90.

Guess what????

MADE NO DIFFERENCE!!!!

Hope Super Sim yields proper FGM vs FGA Statistics.

Anyone know if the tackle slider messes with Punt Power? Human or Computer?

Thanks PMO.
