need help with a few tweaks

I am getting way too many sacks per game. What sliders can I adjust to make this more real life like. I am using the Bengals and I get on avg 6 sacks per game which to me is not realistic. Also, I am having a hard time throwing the ball as it seems the cpu is getting too many interceptions per game. I am decent on D but it seems like in the 2nd half the cpu magically becomes unstoppable. I can hold them to 3-10 pts in 1st half then in 2nd half they explode for over 20 pts. I figured I would ask for some sliders I could tweak to try to make it a more enjoyable gaming experience.
