Re: Charter04's Madden NFL 15 Sliders

I take back what I said.

I'm starting to see weirdness with run blocking slider

Sigh

I won't even speculate. Maybe it's backward, maybe it's broken, I don't know. Maybe it's fine and just a fluke game.

I'm getting a little tired of this though. No clue why sliders aren't transparent in these EA football games

Charter04's Madden NFL 15 Sliders

I finally got the time to do some testing and I pretty much know what all the sliders do. I'll make some adjustments when I get the chance. I'm 99.9% sure the user pass coverage slider is actually the int slider.

Re: Charter04's Madden NFL 15 Sliders

I'm now 0-3 after losses to the 49ers, the Titans and the Rams and to make things even worse, Romo went down with a ruptured disc (very funny, EA) against the Rams and he's out for the rest of the season. Go Weeden!

I haven't made too many changes to the sliders yet. The only thing I've done is to put the CPU Run Blocking from 30 to 25 to see what happened, which was very hard to tell as the Rams decided to throw the ball effectively all game long with Bradford going 32-of-37 for 376 yards and two TDs. Imagine what Drew Brees will do against me in my next game...

On offense the biggest problem I have is with the offensive line and the pass blocking, which I might have to bump up a little to test it out. One of the few strengths of this team should be the offensive line, and it just doesn't seem that way at all. I'm getting sacked left and right without even having finished my dropback at times.

I'll let you know what happens and post some stats after my game against the Saints.

Hey do we have to load up the sliders before every game like last year?

Re: Charter04's Madden NFL 15 Sliders

I don't know what in the world happened in this game. As expected I couldn't stop Drew Brees from throwing the ball all over the place and I really struggled moving the ball with Brandon Weeden under center.

For a change my defenders started making plays on the ball and Drew Brees made some stupid decisions, which is why I ended up picking him off four times with one of them going back for a TD by Orlando Scandrick.

I also scored a TD with rookie DE DeMarcus Lawrence as he scooped up a fumble by Mark Ingram forced by Rolando McClain.

Re: Charter04's Madden NFL 15 Sliders

Thanks for your hard work bud! By far the most fun and realistic sliders IMO.

The only problems are way to many sacks, I average 2-3 sacks on the AI QB per QTR. So I bumped up pass blocking for the CPU to 95, definitely better for me personally.

Then also I think injuries needs to be bumped up a small bit. Not really getting any injuries so far.

Other than those two small issues, these sliders play very well IMO. It's possible to run and pass efficiently if you play well. But if you become reckless the CPU will make you pay.

Plus playing efficient defense makes it more than possible to keep the CPU's passing and run game in check.

No. They should stay the same unless you have to make changes

Re: Charter04's Madden NFL 15 Sliders

I decided to keep working on these some but, just stay at a much slower pace. So if you really like the sliders as they are you better right them down. I've got a pretty big update to them since I tested to find out what each slider actually does. I'm still working on threshold and game speed and injuries.

I'm really loving 70 fatigue with default auto subs. My OL never came out even in a long drive. My back up RB came in though. I got that from Azuraeffect
