I have a question for you.....I am making a franchise and having 32 user friends joining but I am trying to get my CBs and LBs an SS ... FS to play tighter pass coverage what sliders would I need to move up or down or set them too?? thanks

If you want your players running a tighter pass coverage you need to increase the User Pass Coverage and User Pass Defense Reaction Time but since both of those are at 100 it seems that your corners are getting beat more often than not; try playing zone defense or run a press man coverage and try to get any pass rushers to the QB..

If that isn't helping any, you can always lower the CPU WR Catching a few points (at most I would lower it by 5 - 7 points) and lower the CPU QB Accuracy by (at most) 5. That should make it so that the CPU has a more difficult time getting the ball to the receivers; and they don't make those miraculous grabs.

Game Notes are found here: http://www.operationsports.com/forum...ders-x1-3.html

Slider Notes: Penalties are something I will never understand for this game. Holding calls are set to 100 and I didn't see a single one called. I lowered the Facemask penalty by a single digit and I went from seeing 4+ Face Mask penalties a game (and it really could skyrocket to go to about 6-10 per game) to 0 this game. The only penalties that were called were 3 Roughing the Passers, and 2 False Starts.

Re: GutterPhenom16 - All-Madden Franchise Mode Sliders, for challenge and realism

Presently testing (and streaming: www.twitch.tv/gutterphenom16) my sliders with rushinplayallgame's Pass Defense slider philosiphy.. It looks very solid and should help with the ridiculous numbers QBs have been getting in my games..

Thank you so much rushinplayallgame for your Pass D Sliders and the explanation behind them (http://www.operationsports.com/forum...2-sliders.html)

**SLIDERS ARE NOW UPLOADED TO THE XBOX ONE COMMUNITY FILES**
**Sliders are also Updated as of 9/16 @ 1pm**

Gamertag: GutterPhenom16

I will be updating the sliders if I see anything needs changing or if anyone suggests something and I like the change, but right now I am very happy with how the sliders are playing and I think it's time for everyone to just be able to download them (if you have an Xbox One of course)

Setting up a Franchise Mode I have found that these settings will give you the most accurate amount of plays, and it will give you enough time to get to the line and call any audibles and hot routes as you see fit. However, I need more time (and possibly some community assistance!) to get the perfect sliders down that will give the more experienced Madden players that challenge and realism they desire for Franchise Mode

These sliders are only meant to be the frame for how you set up your franchise, obviously everyone is different and has their strong suits so edit the numbers as you see fit, and if you have a great couple of games please post about it

Update - Version 2.1: 9/16 @ 1pm - Made some fine-tuning after the Tuning Update, things are playing very well now..

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Explanation for the Changes in Update 2.1

Game Sliders
USER SLIDERS
  • Rush Block 47: I needed this buff as I was averaging 20 yards a game while the slider was low, but now I am getting decent yardage, and nothing out of the ordinary.
  • Pass Defense Reaction Time 100: After dropping this to 92 last time I saw that QBs were throwing almost-to-perfect games and that is just a little too ridiculous.
  • Pass Coverage 97: See Above.

    CPU SLIDERS
  • Rush Blocking: 66: Teams were running all over me before when it was set to 69, needed to tone it down just a little bit.
SPECIAL TEAMS & PENALTIES
  • Field Goal Power (Both HUMAN & CPU) 50: Changed it back to 50, I think it was me not being able to kick the ball that was the problem.
  • Punt Power (Both HUMAN & CPU) 50: Punts are booming, need to lower it just a little bit.
  • Face Mask 57: Just needed to raise it back up a little bit to get some of the more obvious Facemasks to be called
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Version History
Version 1.0 - 8/26 @ 10:22pm
Version 1.1 - 8/27 @ 9:23am
Version 1.2 - 8/27 @ 3:20pm
Version 1.3 - 8/29 @ 3:13pm
Version 2.0 - 9/10 @ 1:36pm
Version 2.1 - 9/16 @ 1pm

How has this been with the CPU running the ball? I'm really struggling with that. Sliders don't seem to make much difference.
