Yes, but you may have exceptional defensive skills, like calling the correct plays. I am very impressed with those QB completion percentages, which are the most realistic I've seen in any coach mode slider set.

Week 2. Pure domination by my team. 2 more pick 6's. That may be a problem will have to monitor the int return for td's. other than that it was a defense battle with both qb's struggling.
I'd give it a couple more games at least, but you may want to think about turning down user interceptions even more (I'd try 10 first) to try to control the number of interceptions you're getting. That said, I would wait until you have a bigger sample. 2 games is probably not enough to draw conclusions on the data.

At least no pick 6's, but Giants steamrolled the Texans again. I am not sure what to do to make it tougher on coach mode. I don't want to go 16-0, that is no fun at all.

Re: Coach Mode CFM Human vs CPU Sliders

Now that a patch has dropped, it's time to tweak my original work. For the time being, I have started an offline CFM on all-pro with all sliders at default to see what changes have actually been made and tweak from there. Below is the results of the first regular season game. As always when I'm testing sliders, I play as all 32 teams and have the user as the home team in each game to gauge how each side is performing. Based on the results of the first game, I'd say that they still haven't resolved the sack issue, completion % is still way too high and the run game (at least for the user) may be a bit overpowering.

Seattle mauled the Packers on opening night (as they did in real-life),but the game was not nearly as close as the final score. Nor were they points as high the as final score would imply. More points were scored in the final 6 1/2 minutes than the rest of the game. Seattle dominated both sides of the ball, having a 19-0 lead with 6:30 remaining before GB scored 2 late touchdowns and gave up one on a pick 6.

Re: Coach Mode CFM Human vs CPU Sliders

2 games in and I feel a little better, although it seemed like the CPU wanted me to win allowing me to score 2 touchdowns in the last 3 minutes when I was down 16. A fumble recovery with 1:15 to go got me the ball back after the first score. Still, sacks were at least promising and I like that I'm getting a little more scoring from the CPU. We'll see how it progresses though as I'm going to have to tweak down completion % some at the very least which will likely skew scores lower.

Are testing for on or offline?
I've used your set on line but still got too many sacks. Then dropped offsides to 0 which solved the problem. Only had 2-3 per team.

Offline, but post-patch I'm starting over. Currently, I'm using defaults (50 across the board) as my starting point. I'll have my first set of changes in the next couple of days.

IG @ 50 RTP @50 and pass blk @95. Key to realistic sacks IMO.
