I'm gonna try to see how high I can push the threshold and not get disappearing players so I'm gonna try between 90/91 and 94/95. I think 95 or higher will guarantee disappearing players so I think the best we can do is somewhere in the middle.
I'm curious to know if the DEs were red when they were subbed out? I would prefer they get subbed if overly fatigued.

They were in the red but my sub in/out was at 49/50. I'm different though. I'd rather have JJ Watt at 50% fatigue at the end of the game than his backup at 100%. I'm thinking of dropping it to 30/31.

What was the fatigue level you set? Looks like you may have had it at 70? Just re-read the page and you are testing now with fatigue at 70.

Depends on your backups, that JJ Watt thing. You might also want to consider injury possibilities with overly fatigued players. I would prefer JJ Watt play rather than be injured ;-)

Re: Aaron's Auto Sub Sliders

Alright so I tried Fatigue at 70 and its just not my cup of tea. Here is the stuff I was seeing:

- On long drives (8 plays or more), the 4th and 5th string CBs were playing in place of the #1 and #2 CBs. This was with CB in/out at 30/31.

- On long drives and especially on drives toward the end of the game where a team is using a lot of no huddle, I was seeing the entire D-Line sub out at the same time because of fatigue. Like I said before I'd rather have starter DLs tired and playing than seieng nothing but backups This was with DE and DT in/out at 30/31.

- During one game, I didnt have a player dissapear but my DT was gone for an entire half of a quarter. He missed 3 drives and didnt recover enough to come into the game. This was with DE and DT in/out at 30/31.

- Finally, I wasnt seeing a significant enough change in the backup RB playing to justify the issues I was seeing on D.

So I'm back at 60. I'm thinking about raising the RB sub in/out to 90/91 but i want to do some more testing at 60.

Hey Aaron, I found your initial auto-subs to be pretty much spot on, so I hope you don't get slideritis with these. They work great, and I appreciate them.

Really, the only observation I can bring up is that maybe the backup RB getting 3-4 carries rather than 1-2 when subbed in for the starter. If I understand this correctly, would 90/91 affect the RB subs in that way?

EDIT: I also find 60 fatigue the best balance as well.

LOL. I wont get slideritis. The only reason I tried 70 was because I'd seen a few people tell me that was working. It was good I tried out 70 because I realized that my current RB is probably too low.

90/91 wont affect that but it will affect how often the backup comes in. So instead of 4-6 carries before the backup comes in, it will be 2-4 carries.

The only way to get what you are asking for is to increase the difference between the number out and back in.

Re: Aaron's Auto Sub Sliders

How high can the sub in be without RBs disappearing on 60 fatigue?

I was thinking of trying 80-85

LOL, I am glad to hear you are impervious to slideritis.. they are only auto-subs, after.

Off the top of your head, is it possible that you can think of a good out/in for RB to increase the carries by a couple more carries (from what it currently is)?

I may be able to tweak the regular gameplay sliders, but I was never quite understood the auto-subs well, but that might because I never worried about that after they never worked for so long. Thanks again for the auto-subs though, Aaron.
