Several sliders impact rushing. Raising speed parity adjusts the speed of lower-rated players upward. Your DB's will have stick with the speedy receivers tighter, your LB's will close faster, etc. Some like to put the speed threshold at 100, some at 0, and others somewhere in between. I played around with this and have found advantages to either. The blocking. fumble, and tackling sliders have more impact on the running game. Raise the fumble slider and your RB's get more aggressive as an example.
