Any Sliders for ONLINE Franchise Mode?

I have a league with like 30 guys in it. Last year we used a set of sliders found on this site.

I have seen a few set of sliders, but most look like they are made for Offline Franchises. See things like penalties too high and stuff like that.

We mainly want to see tackling a little better.. Injuries turned down... just an overall better experience.

We play on XBox One (noticed a lot of OP's in slider posts use PS4) and we prefer All Madden, but I dont think it matter much when you are editing them anyways.

Any help for a "sim" league?
