That's actually an interesting test run...I knew blocking was much improved and pass rushing was tamed-down....but I agree that is a bit on the insane side.

See if you get some better results next game. I am curious if there is some variability there....

I will definitely play more games with the sliders, I really liked the results besides of the lack of pass rush that I had on their oline. Otherthan that so far things look pretty good man.

Well, it might be the first time in this forum that someone complained about getting too little pass rush on M15

However, you're mentioned Dalton (perhaps unrealistically) shaking off at least three sack attempts; that would've given you at least six for the game (which would be about right). It might simply be that the human tackle slider is too low. We could (conceivably) bump it up to 25 and if needed, bump up CPU run blocking to help their run game following the adjustment.

This game literally had me on the edge of my couch! I don't know if I have ever played a more gut wrenching game. Madden is an enigma and it takes a lot of patience and diligence to continue in this quite interesting franchise. I have been playing Madden since the late 80's and I have seen so many features come and go and a lot of features that they bring back they call brand new but when research is done they are actually features that have been there before they have just added them and called them something else.

I play strictly on coach mode, meaning I do not control any of the players. I have not been able to get through one season of madden in a franchise since 12 and for the first time, I have hope! Josh, I use your set on NCAA, and it truly is legendary. Even if they do come out with another game for College Football, yours is the only one I will ever use.

So, at the start of this game, I must admit I was suspect. Manning was completing pass after pass and I thought to myself here we go again...even though the game was feeling like a battle. The score was 20-14 at the half and I was truly excited to begin the 2nd half. I completely dominated the 3rd quarter and was pumped for the 4th. At one point, the game did not allow Manning to hike the ball and I had to burn a timeout. I thought to myself, this had better not come to bite me. So, with 1:26 left in the 4th, Mallet (Fitzpatrick was knocked out of the game) throws a bomb to Posey (my defender jumped too soon) and he ran it in for 65 yd go ahead td! I get the ball back with only 2 timeouts and Manning leads a classic Manning 4th quarter comeback. At :11 seconds to go in the game, he throws a slant pass to Beckham Jr. for the go ahead and eventual game winning td!!! Houston got the ball back and Johnathan Hankins sacked Mallett to end the game! Josh, congratulations to you and FistofRage and any others that had input into this development! I have tried slider after slider and was almost at a point of putting this game down because of frustration and little hope.

I know that completion percentages are a little high and I will watch the cpu running game against other teams, but at this point, I am extremely happy! If I have to make adjustments, I will after at least 4 games. I have begun my ccm with the Giants (Dad's favorite team, mine is the Dolphins) and I was 0-2 using another set. I am going to continue the franchise at 1-2, I do not want to start over. Plus, I traded JPP to the Raiders for a 2016 2nd round pick. Giants and Raiders must have connections with the Tuck addition! I will keep you posted after I play about 6 more games. I want to give a mid season report. If any coach mode players are reading this, PLEASE use these sliders as is on the front page of the OP. You will not be disappointed. Thank you once again Josh...You're a SLIDER LEGEND!!!

That game sounds awesome Teleo! Glad you enjoyed it. The one thing I have been struggling with is the human coverage and getting CPU completion percentage down. I tried lowering CPU QBA and the pass variety started to fade away. I have an idea that I am going to try out next week if feedback (and my own games) are consistent with the high completion percentages.

In the meantime, I am going to take a short break from M15 and play some NCAA 14....got a hankerin' with Bowl Season starting up

Re: JoshC1977s M15 Set

Definitely man!!! Madden can be exhausting... I will post my midseason report and adjustments (if any) that were needed to be made? I am by no means a slider guru but I know football and I know what I want to see in a video game. I want the nerve aspect of having to make the proper call and with this past game, I had to do so. I will not be adjust penalties at all (I know what they do from your detailed explanations) but then that would put me in the odd predicament of having to balance other sliders which could eventually take to a point of no return. If anything, I will be looking at HUM run game, CPU passing including pass block and run game. Other than that, no complaints at all! Just finally glad that I have a set I can begin to build off of...Josh you gave me an early Christmas present! Merry Christmas to you and your family!

Ill play a few more games it could have been just a fluke, usually I do get a pass rush but I guess madden got me on that game haha. Im also struggling with my pass defense, this isnt because of your set, but anyway i always find myself giving up wideopen routes in the middle of the feild, and out routes, basically dink nd dunk throws. Idk if its my pass d in general, but i have to depend on takeovers, nd hope for a inaccurate pass/sack on the qb, ny tips/help on this?

My defense:
Jj watt, suh, fairley, wake dline
clay mattews, ahmad brooks, telvin smith, and derrick johnson linebackers
Dominqje Rodgers Cromartie, LaDarrius Webb, DJ Hayden, Dre Kirkpatrick DBS
Donte Whitner and Mark Barron S's

I understand theres wide open routes in the nfl, and the underneath routes are somewhat hard to stop, but they are also somewhat able to be stopped haha. Idk I gueese I can deal with it since I did hold the vikings to 3 points. Still a headache of madness when theres a wide open reciver every play........doesnt help if u cant get to the qb either haha, ill play some more games and post stats, sorry for the long comments. Thinking more about it though, as im watching the eagles and redskins game theres eagle wideouts open practically accross the middle or sidelines.
