Re: JoshC1977s M15 Set

I like these sliders but elite QBs are playing like scrubs. I'm using these for my online CFM and in my first game, Brady was overthrowing almost everything while Tannihill was throwing dots. Same goes for my friend who has the Packers. Rodgers was overthrowing WRs by 10 yards while Russell Wilson was dotting him up. Any reason for this?

I think HUM tackle could use another bump. Too many QBs are shrugging off defensive lineman like they are nothing

A couple of tips for user passing.

1. Set your feet before throwing (I.e. let off the right stick before throwing).

2. You have to put touch on your throws. You mash down on the pass button and try to throw ropes everywhere....you will fail.

3. Be very careful with the pass lead (left stick). If you jam it all the way, the ball will be overthrown badly.

I am looking closely at the CPU passing game to see if we can refine it further without deleterious impact to the remaining sliders. It is currently too pinpoint for my taste and has been the biggest issue I have had with the All Madden setting.

Thanks for the feedback. I will bear that in mind as well. It might actually just be a matter of lowering facemask to 50 instead of raising user tackle; but I will look at both.

Do you believe that the traits that are assigned to a QB could affect this?

I think the facemask thing might be a good idea because I have had 2 called just about every game

Josh-question. What other aspects of the game are effected by adjusting pass coverage, reaction, opi, and dpi? I'm assuming these only effect coverage and aggressiveness of WR an db making a play on the pass. Am I correct?

I should've added that the Dolphins and Seahawks were being controlled by users as well. Its a league of 32 and everyone that had top tier QBs (Broncos, Packers, Patriots, Saints) all struggled with these sliders

If only it were that easy. OPI/DPI are the only sliders that seem to strictly affect WRs/DBs.

PCV will affect both the run and pass games. PCV at low settings helps DBs stick to receivers running their routes; but if you keep it too low, and it will open up the run game too much (WRs sticking to coverage instead of covering the run). Too high and they just run around and try to bat down passes without actually covering their receivers.

Pass reaction is more of a defensive run/pass ratio. Above 50 and they play the pass more. Lower than 50 and they play the run more.
