In real life, NFL teams are averaging 0.88 interceptions per game (which would amount to about 14 per season). To keep INTs at reasonable levels in the game. we're going to have to expect to see some drops given that defenders may see more opportunities in this game than in real life.

Josh, I really appreciate your commitment to making this game as good as it can possibly be. After the second patch I all but gave up on this game until I found your thread. I'm really enjoying the latest hybrid version. The breakdown and analysis on the first page to customize the sliders to your own personal skill level is excellent as well. Thanks again for all the time invested.

Just finished my 2nd game with Version 4. I led the Rams 26-7 at the half and completely dominated. In the 2nd half, I honestly got a little bored and tried to throw the ball too much. It almost bit me in the rear. I ended up winning 29-27.

Averaged 4.9 yards per carry.

Not bad given that Murray is averaging 4.7 per carry this year (including a poor game last week with the bad hand).

Thank you much! It sounds like most people are enjoying these. I decided to add the customization options as I was doing a lot of tinkering and thus was able to assess a wide variety of options. I figured it would be best to give people some options so maybe I would stop getting the "the run game is too easy and I have CPU TAK at 100) lunacy.

To all of you Madden aficionados....hope you all have a Merry Christmas. I probably won't be on much for the next day or so as I am expecting to get a few new games to try out.

Like V.3 better. I see alot of rag dolling tackling with V.4. Maybe its normal speed and 50 threshold not sure. What speed are you guys using?

What do you recommend to tone the running game down for me? Should I lower run blocking any at all?

I will keep an eye out on that i honestly havent seen an issue just yet. If 35/30 is showing me too many rush yards what would you recommend as a safe bottom line for run blocking besides 0/5 where issues wouldn't be present. At 35/30 i see too many yards from user and cpu for my liking.
