I will be interested in finding out if you see the CPU call more aggressive / deeper pass plays or reads with HUM PCV @ 50...

I'm starting to think that the AI may "perceive" that since the HUM would be "overly prepared" to defend the pass with PCV settings below 50, that they playcall and read with that in "mind"...

Little late in the year for a total rebuild, but I sees what I sees...

I've seen those things as well and while adjustments may be needed....I think most would be on the blocking sliders...which are probably the easiest to manage.

Are you making moves?

If so, I'll test and offer any feedback that looks worth discussing.

I don't think the set needs anything, really, but if there's one thing I don't like about it, it's the difficulty of playing man coverage vs. the CPU, as defenders seem to trail by 15 yards pretty often.

I think that's a problem w/ M15's coding of man coverage, though, not your sliders.

I'm not making any more changes until I wrap up 2015 in a game or two...confidence is too much of a factor late in the season(s) to mess with much more than that last PCV adjustment...

I'm CONSIDERING bumping HUM PCV up to 50 to see what happens, but that looks like it's going to set off the dominos negatively with regard to CPU run effectiveness...

If you want to try something, just bump HUM PCV to 50 and see what jumps out as the "next move"...

As far as the Man coverage goes:

The MIN corners are really decent out of the box and when they progress and get "confident" they play some really smart / tight man coverage on the same settings that they used to be deficient at...the game seems to only let that happen with a nearly elite defense...

It's like:

"You can play more Man when you EARN the right to play more man"...

I wish we could turn confidence off.

The stats are so close as-is, that I'd only think a HUM PCV adjustment justified by a clear improvement in animations with stats staying even.

Ideally, I'd love to see more incomplete passes result from contested catches rather than most coming from those odd super-errant passes that currently abound, but I don't know that M15 is capable of generating the right balance there. It may just be in the code.

Yes and...no?

Unfortunately, the CPU RBK slider also influences pass blocking, esp. on screens...I found that when I wandered away from PBK and RBK @ 25, the timing on pass plays WITH THIS SET goes to heck...

My test?

When I run that Sugar Blitz (with no one over the top) or defend a screen pass, I want to see a mid tiered CPU QB get hit as he throws...not sacked, not back there all day, but hit as he throws...

Right now, with HUM PCV at 40 with the rest of the set, I see EXACTLY that timing...which is hard to achieve...

That's what concerns me about going to HUM PCV at 50:

The CPU RBK will have to go above 25 and bork that ESSENTIAL timing...

I'be been trying to beat an extra YPC for the CPU QB since I got the game!

The only way to tighten up the Man Coverage and get those contested catches is bringing OPI and DPI back to even or one click apart...the consequence being, CPU goes checkdown too much, due to primary being blanketed...

I tend to agree with you:

I think the House of Cards, is prob maxed out...

The last two adjustments were bumping CPU QBA even at 5 / more separation by dropping DPI to 98 and these last two nudges of +5 to both HUM and CPU PCV...

Pushing the envelop will prob turn into a waterloo because of the way CPU RBK influences PBK and overall timing...

Interesting, tho!

Re: Last try. Recommend me a slider that you are not top 3 in sacks.

I'm at the end of season 6 of my franchise right now, and after season 2, all pro had become too easy (used A&S's ap sliders, worked great for the first couple seasons), but all madden was too hard / too unrealistic. So the next 3 seasons comprised of me tweaking all pro sliders with the A&S base, but couldn't find the right combo for good challenge and realistic stats.

Then I found this thread and King's sliders. I've played the second half of my 6th season with them, and honestly, they are the PERFECT setting if you are like me, and looking for that sweet spot in difficulty between all pro and all madden. Kudos, King, and kudos to whoever posted them to this thread initially.
