Injuries and Fatigue

Merry Christmas to each of you! I have a question to ask to all: I have FINALLY been able to find a slider set that I can sanely play with in a ccm without constantly having to readjust but I am still not satisfied with the injury and fatigue settings. I know that this definitely is a user preference and even with injury too high, the hum/cpu qb runs the risks of constantly being injured. But, what is the general consensus of these two sliders: injury and fatigue? I look forward to each of your responses and I hope you all have a wonderful day!

Re: Injuries and Fatigue

I play with default both. As far as fatigue goes I think default is def the way to go, with auto subs not working as it is anything to high above default causes teams (particulallry Defenses) to fall apart in the 4th quarter due to exhaustion. As far as injuries go I think this is a little more finicky and kinda depends on how you play your cfm. If you play every single game I would def suggest bumping injury to somewhere around 55-60. Even at 50 you'll see some injuries but usually not more than 2-3 max for both teams per game. The issue with going higher than 50 comes into play when simulating yours and the CPUs games. 50 feels just right for simulated games as in my experience most teams end the pre season with 2-5, 2+ week injuries. Hope that helped.

Re: Injuries and Fatigue

I play with 70 injury, and 75 fatigue. With default auto subs.

I play with 70 injury, because I want injuries to matter. Like the do in real life. And I don't get an insane amount of them as you'd expect.

kchuskey, thanks for the response. I definitely want injuries to matter as well because if not than the draft and free agency loses its purpose. How are substitutions with 75 fatigue and default subs?

Default autosubs in CFM or in Play Now (as they are different)?

They seem to work ok. I run with the Chiefs, and Davis spells Charles well. Also don't see any players disappear. As far as injuries go... I love it at 70. I see alot of nagging injuries thru out the game, where players may be out for a few plays, and I may lose some for a week, or longer. That is the gamble you play. NFL teams in real life have to deal with that every week. I love having to gameplan according to my inactives.

How are user qb and CPU qb injuries. I love to see injuries but I hate it when you play a game and 80% of the time you injure the CPU qb
