Best slider set....

Hey guys! I'm looking for the best, smoothest playing (non-glitchy or twitchy) realistic (gameplay) slider set out there. Any suggestions?

hey whats up panther..

yeah, your set is the one im running now......it plays well, animations are good, i just have an issue with the running game being a tad bit too easy......ive got my boys 9-0 and Murray is leading the league by 700 yards over the rest of the leauge and im not too comfortable with that. i think i should have lost some games to some good teams that should have played tougher. not knocking your set by no means, its pretty solid but i would like to make it a bit more difficult....

If your using the first set Lower the CPU's reaction time from 80 to 75 or to 70 for a even harder difficulty, if you are using my second the change CPU's reaction time from 75 to 70 and it should be a bit more tougher.

But if I "lower" the CPU's reaction time wouldn't that make it even easier?

No, i tryed it and the result for me was tougher, you try and you should at least get same results

If you want it to be like you're an NFL coach or player. Very difficult if you don't know football well.

Hey guys!

Since I can't open a new thread I`ll post my question here...

I wanna play CFM Mode, but as a QB only. So obviously I am not playing defense and I`m not running/catching the ball as well.

How do I have to adjust the CFM slider sets posted here?
Do all the HUM sliders still count towards my team or are they considered CPU?

You gotta try different sets and find what works for you and feel right

I got a set posted and I'm also working with another slider maker Mike Lowe on a joint set that we think will be awesome when we release it in the next week or so

This type of thread comes up every year. As others have said, there is no "best set." There can't be. People play the game differently. Some use coach mode, some are very skilled on the stick, and others aren't. Some love the run game and think passing is over powered...others just the opposite. Some think penalties should be higher...others lower. You can't get total consensus because everyone is different on what they think is "realistic."

There are some very good slider makers here...just try different sets and see which one fits your style of play. Or, better yet, experiment on your own and see what you can come up with.

FWIW I've created a set of sliders that mimic a realistic game and this is coming from somebody who has played football at its highest level.
