I second this notion. I can win on All-pro without really trying that hard, but on All-Madden im trying my absolute hardest and there's really nothing I can do other than try to cheese the CPU which I dont want to do. Ill probably end up playing All-Madden with a few tweaks as well.

Re: Difficulty

I'm someone who usually always plays on All Pro but this year I'm giving All Madden a try. The main reasons are on All Pro the CPU running game just isn't effective enough. I can shut down elite backs like AP & Marshawn Lynch on a regular basis. CPU RB's just don't run hard enough or utilize their entire arsenal of moves on All Pro. The other reason is the kicking meter is too slow on All Pro. I like a challenge in the kicking game.

Now granted on All Madden, you usually run in to some type of cheese to favor the CPU. However so far in 16 I have yet to notice any. I'm having very competitive games & the CPU AI seems to be amped up in a realistic manner. When I throw an interception it's because of a mistake I made as opposed to scripted gameplay. CPU RB's are a threat on All Madden, QB's play more like their real life counterparts, DB's are more aware & play zone/man coverage in a realistic manner, etc..

I'm playing on default sliders for the most part with a few adjustments on Slow speed. I have WR catching at 45, Fumbles at 5, Pass reaction at 5, & tackling at 45 for both User & CPU. Everything else is at default. I would encourage everyone to give All Madden a try if you're not getting the challenge you want from All Pro. Like I said in the past I would never touch All Madden but this year it seems like it's the way to go in my opinion.

Re: Difficulty

Tried playing on All-Pro with these settings and it was too easy. I was winning by 20-30 points a game with no user switching or catching.

HUM sliders were default 50 or lower with HUM QB Accuracy at 35

CPU ratings were at 50 or higher with pass coverage and pass d reaction at 100 and run blocking at 70.

When I switched to all madden I made the sliders much more even and it's been working great. No roboQB and great gameplay

Assuming you mean me....

I think that may have been true in past iterations to a degree. However; there are so many things different this year, that I think it is prudent that we operate under the premise that we know nothing about how the game sliders actually work.

I'm pretty confident that the penalty sliders are nothing more than that and that they do not influence gameplay as they previously did.

Other than that, I'm assuming nothing.

Re: Difficulty

I can't play on All pro if I want a competitive game after a little time with the game.

Because sliders actually are doing what they should at this point it hasn't been as difficult to adjust as I want.

For me the user side at all 50 has been good.

I'm lowering some CPU sliders though. Pass accuracy at 7, pass block at 40 (might go lower) and run block at 40.

Other than that I've been satisfied.

Might up some penalties to.
