For setting up the 32 CFM. Do you set progress player off or on for CPU? I have the other one set for every 4 weeks to progress. This is where I am lost.

So far I am setting it up as:

Progression; every 4 weeks

Fill roster; on
Resign players; off
Progress players; off.
Sign off season free agents; on
Simulate game prep; on

Is progress players for CPU teams suppose to be on or off?
