The truth behind Thursday Night Football opener Steelers (me) vs Patriots. House rules minus user catch. I still believe user catch is viable in M16. 2 minute drill, the Steelers put one on the board and failed a 2 point conversion. Defense held strong with less than a minute to beat the Patriots going 1-0 to start the season off. At the end of the game Tom Brady had this to say. "I felt deflated at the end of the game".

Armor Sliders with Tuner reloaded after Patch
Fatigue is still causing me problems. Guess I still need to sun and rotate more.

Team Notes:
With owner mode, Ken Whisenhunt will lead team.
Switched defense to a 4-3. Changed some player positions before starting CFM, which really upgrades d-line with Orakpo and Morgan at end and Casey and Pitoatua at tackle..
I'm a huge Mettenberger fan, but Mariota will start. Sankey will start at RB.

Key Cuts and Additions (other cuts happened but not noteworthy)

Simmed Pre-Season

Week 1 @ Tampa Bay
I'll post boxscore later. Defensive game for the first half. Felt nice. Both teams able to run ball a bit but passing was hard for both in first half. Raining. I built up a lead in 3rd but they came back strong in 4th but I held on for 35-28 win.

Winston struggled in first 3 quarters but came up big in 4th, and ended up with a couple of TDs and a pick. Mariota finished up with 3 TDs and two picks. Both around 55%.

Winston did scramble a handful of times but they were not random. All of them were when I had strong pressure on him and most likely would have sacked him if he did not scramble. I finished up 5 sacks.

My TD passes went to Walker, Pryor, and Supernaw. Sankey had two rushing.

Probably best overall game I have had in Madden 16. Looking forward to keeping franchise going.

I lost my first CFM game with these sliders.

I was down 24-23 with 5:20 left. I pick off Bridgewater at my own 44. Very next play, Kaepernick throws a pick 6. Vikings score on next drive.

Bridgwater threw for close to 400 yards, but had three huge passing plays.

I just had a crazy freaking game with these sliders man! I made a 29 point comeback against the Rams. I was the Bears. I was down 35-6 mid third quarter and ended up winning in overtime 45-38.

These sliders are pretty dope!!!!

Need to test this more. I simmed the week and sometimes second back got carries, but not many. I'll sim again with the auto sub changes to some random teams and see if it matters.
