You have facemask set to 52 but I am only allow to set it at 55. Is there anything I messing or doing wrong.

You can't set penalties by one point in the main menu. Armor penalties setting are made for connected franchise hence you should fix them after starting your cfm inside the cfm menu.

So what do I set them to if I just wanna exhibition games.

You can set them accordingly to what armor says except the face mask penalty which can be kept at 50. We might wait for confirmations by other users
