I am looking for the same thing you are with getting the game a close a possible and still making it competitive, because the CPU can be dumb sometimes. Seems like the AI is better though. I will post when completed.
Thanks. I'm liking that the CPU is not afraid to take shots down the field every once in a while. That said, the sliders right now are a work in progress so and feedback you have (and stats you can provide) will be helpful. I'll be back at it this afternoon and may have another update later today if I can get enough gameplay in.

Re: Madden 16 Coach Mode Realistic All-Pro Sliders

I am noticing the same thing with high scores and the running game.

I have played 4 games with the sliders in my Carolina Franchise. A few things Iíve noticed. Total plays are right around 120. I'm not quite sure how to interpret the info below, but figured it might help. All 4 games played with sliders 2.0, my first 2 games were played with 1.0. I obviously call a run heavy offense with Tolbert, Stewart, and Cam. But 6 games into the season here are some scary stats.

J Stewart - 145 attempts, 736 yards, 7 TD (122.7 per game)
C Johnson - 12 tackles, 2 sacks (most sacks on my team)

It helps but I could use more info if you have it. How many running plays per game are you running? It looks like perhaps 40 runs a game? That seems unrealistic. That said, I'm still trying to get RB subs working better so that an RBBC works a little better. More tweaks to come for sure. I'll get it right in a few more iterations.

Re: Madden 16 Coach Mode Realistic All-Pro Sliders

For those 4 games

HB1: 106 attempts, 509 yards
HB2: 26 attempts, 246 yards (a lot of these I manually subbed in, if left to auto-sub this would be 10-12 carries)
FB: 25 attempts, 185 yards
QB: 30 attempts, 70
WR: 1 attempts, 7 yards

188 attempts (47 per game)
1,017 yards (5.41 per attempt)

I'm new to coach mode, so I guess it makes sense to not only adjust sliders for realism, but to call plays fitting with a normal offense as well. A lot of my success comes in late 2nd and 3rd quarter, and then grinding the clock out late. I have no trouble reaching the drive goals, and those often translate into VERY big stat boosts.

Last year Dallas averaged 32 runs per game, with 4.6 yards per attempt.

I definitely need to tweak the user running game down. I'm really not liking the RPG type drive goals. It makes it more difficult to be realistic when the game provides bonuses for doing the opposite

Not sure what you mean when you say RPG type drive goals, and providing bonuses. Could you elaborate?

I'm referring to the XP that are tied to meeting career/season/game/drive goals that ultimately determine player progression. I think it tempts players into meeting the goals, not necessarily winning games.
