AJ McCarron just wasn't ready for the pressure of the big leagues in this game. He ended up with a 50.0 passer rating, 1td, 3ints.
19/37, 51%, 242yds. Bengals also lost a fumble which the Steelers DT piced up for a defensive TD.
All that combined with only 13 1st downs = Steelers winning big!
Stats

Landry played it safe, made 1 mistake.
L. Jones 98.8 qb rating, 16/22 72%, 211yds. 1td, 1 rushing td, 1int
My Steelers win this fairly easy.
Final 31-10

Gameplay tuning is on
Autosubs are only adjusted for HBs for each team.
I match the sub out/in to the HBs stamina rating.
I'm still evaluating the latest changes game by game. I'm not making any big jumps in slider changes b/c it is so close to being just where I want it.

Looking over all my previous games and studying what slider combos produced the most realistic outcomes, taking into account game data, ratings, stats, penalties and matchups.

I've come to a few conclusions,

1. The human pass blocking and run blocking are boosted a bit more than the cpu on default AP.
This leads to a bit more passing and running yards for the human side.
I'm looking to reduce the overall yardage per play for the Hum side.

2. The amount of ints caught are too high @ default 50.
Also looking to reduce the amount of ints caught on both sides.

3. Penalties, I've seen a few too many called per gm. I don't have the exact number yet but I will go back and calculate each teams penalties and penalty yds per gm and get this more in line with real life penalty avgs. Per gm. Also improving the variety in penalties called. As it stands right now I see too many
Block in the Back calls
Facemask has recently seen an increase
And Roughing the passer calls.

Fixing these 3 areas alone should go a long way in improving the overall gameplay.

I would rather see the cpu run D and pass D produce more along the lines of the human side than increase the effectivness of the CPU offense.
Looking forward to getting this game fine tuned. Again, I'm using all my data since I've played each game on the schedule(using all 32 teams)and I'm just getting past the halfway point of season 1.

I will keep everyone updated. I should have version 1.04 updated soon!

Soon! I have tomorrow off so either tonight after the game (I've been looking over EVERYTHING and breaking down each version of my sliders and the games it provided).

Latest updates 1.04 should be final after Panthers vs Cards gm tonight!

I want the 2nd half of my season to be set sliderwise. Hopefully EA is done with any offline updates.
