Just couldn't get anything consistent going against very tough Seattle D. I actually held them in check the first 2 series. But after that they opened up the passing game. I did manage to somehow draw within a td. But overall they beat us up a little bit. Romo and Witten both got injured, luckily they did return.

I played another last night Pats (me) vs Redskins (cpu). Final was my Pats 27-17. I held the Skins offense(179 yds offense) down big.
Probably one of the best defensive games I've played all season. They had 0yds of offense at halftime lol.
They did mange to stay within striking distance b/c I threw 3 ints, one of which was a pick 6 for them. Both defenses were ranked in the top 10 and it showed!

Very good to see the variation in teams and how the cpu is playing about as realistic as one could ask.

Titans came out on fire and jumped ahead 21-0!
I battled back into it!

Mariota(cpu) hasn't made a mistake and ends the half

Brees (me) 13/19, 68%, 2tds 2ints, 97.1 rating, sacked 3.
1st half has been really fun.
I looked at the game irl and it was 21-17 @ halftime.
And both teams ended the game with well over 400 yds of offense. Only thing is the Titans won irl and Im using the Saints, I'm supposed to use the team that won irl but we'll see how it ends up.
Titans are division leaders in my CFM so this would be a nice win for the Saints.

My Saints just didn't come to play, especially defensively.
2nd half was a debacle by the Saints D. Titans controlled the ball the whole game and really showed why they are leading their respective division. This was the 1st shootout of my week 9 games though.
Give props to the Titans(cpu) they played a good game!
Irl the Titans also beat the Saints.

Oh I know, Seattle has a tough defense. I think they only sacked twice as well. But hit me as Romo was releasing the ball about 10 times, where it looks like a fumble, but is incomplete. Receivers were just so well covered, I didn't force it in

Tight defensive game. I was getting very worried lol. First pass I threw, was picked off. Had to pound the ball on the ground. Hard earned. And short passes as well. Patience paid off. Went up 17-7, with about 4 min left to play. I was very lucky to face backup Barkley. He had about 100 yds passing, until last drive, as he tacked on 80 yds to his numbers. Totally shut him down..... Murray ran the ball very well, against me again. Just happy to get out with a win. 5-3 at halfway point of season
