Charter04's Madden 16 All-Madden Sliders

My sliders are up do date. I added penalties, some special teams changes, and a couple of tweaks to try to get both the CPU and user run games as balanced as possible.

Going to go with these as a base and close to final.

Are you seeing missed throws with CPU at 40 and are u running with the normal or slow speed in your settings

I get wayyyy too many BITB penalties on 51, are you not seeing even more on 52?

Yes, because of 99 pass reaction and 99 coverage. I still might go lower but, the CPU QB starts doing dumb stuff when it gets too low.

I'm also still not final on penalties. The average is around 6 a game per team. Some teams are lower like 4 a game and the high is more like 9 IRL.
