MADDEN 16 "No Switch" Stat Based Sliders by TC

Welcome everyone and thanks for checking my sliders out. Please take time to read this quick overview as to how I go about playing the game. This will guarantee you get results as close to mine as possible.

OFFENSE

Offense is pretty simple for me. I use SLIM PLAYCALL in order to stay away from as many "money" plays as possible. I almost always pick from only the top 3 options. Besides that really anything else goes on offense besides hot routing (except smart routes), and user catching. When I say user catching I only refer to switching to the receiver, I highly recommend you still choosing the type of catch your receiver attempts.

DEFENSE

Defense gets a little more complicated. On defense I play a strict no switch rule and I only ever play with a standing linebacker.

On pass plays I usually dont do anything at all, I just let the ratings play out, this gives by far the best stats. Just sit back on pass plays and watch the ratings play out.

As far as run plays I usually allow the first few seconds to play out based on ratings. This consists usually of the play recognition. At that point anything goes, besides switching to a different defender of course.

SPECIAL TEAMS

Only house rule I have here is that I super sim all FG's as I never miss and the CPU is weird this year about attempting 50+ yard FG's, but they do in super sim.

Edit**: I am now super simming all punts as well. I am seeing a tremendous variety now on punts. Anywhere from return TD's to fair catches inside the ten, and balls downed at the one yard line (from both sides).

Here is the box score from my last game with the final sliders I just posted. As noted in the OP I am now not only super simming all FG's but all punts as well. This brings a much greater variety to drive start positions.

This game was a lot of fun and much closer than the score leads you to believe. My last TD came with about 30 seconds left and if Cutler didn't pull a Cutler, and throw 2 picks in the 4th, the Bears would've been right in this one.

This was a really tough game. I couldnt get anything going with Dalton all game long. Ive also noticed that the CPU plays much better at home this year which I'm absolutely loving.

Had to cut the last stream short. Eagles were really taking it to me though before I had to go. Murray had 2 30+ yard runs and was somewhere around 15 carries for 150 yards. Just gashing me.

Next ill be streaming Giants (CPU) @ Chiefs (ME) in order to show that the CPU run can easily be stopped with the right matchup.
