Re: JoshC1977's M16 Sliders

Josh----Love the new set-up. Played an online CFM game last night as the Cowboys vs. the Giants. Lost 17-13. Offense was challenging for me but not unrealistic. The turnover's I committed were on my poor decision making not something "cheap" within the the gameplay. I threw for 265 yds and ran for 36. Running was tough but I've had games with this set-up where I rushed for 100+ so not concerned there. Giants threw for 274 yds and ran for 86 yds. Manning threw two picks and spread the ball around effectively. He went to ODB often but I either double teamed or shaded coverage his way to mitigate him. As a result Randle and Cruz had more production than ODB which I would expect. L. Donnell had 6 catches for 74 yds. I scheme to try and stop TE production as much as possible. I'm somewhat successful but I believe TE production is a core Madden issue regardless of sliders. However, I will say if you evaluate the NFL, TE's have become a huge part of offense to produce middle field pass production as well as stretching the field. Usually elite TE's and not every TE like in Madden but it's not that far fetched.

One thing I noticed is I'm not getting a lot of RB rotation. Last night the ratio was 20 carries for my starter and 4 carries for my back-up. Are you seeing the same thing?

I'll post stats from a game I played last night in a little bit. But to answer your question I had fantastic splits for my HBs using the new set up.

Re: JoshC1977's M16 Sliders

I have a couple of cfms going. Leveon Bell doesn't get subbed much unless he has a long run. Meanwhile, in another CFM, Tre Mason gets subbed out frequently. It all depends on the stamina ratings and whether or not they get gassed on long runs or are used frequently on long drives.

Great game here. This is year 2 of my fantasy draft cfm. I went for the old school ground and pound team with a hard hitting feisty defense. I think I've succeeded on the ground and pound part. Bell is a beast. 99 ovr and most of his important attributes pretty damn high. My oline is also insanely good. From left to right they are 97, 93, 96, 94, and 97 ovr respectively. They are geared for the run game as well. My TE is an 86 ovr vertical threat who just happens to have excellent run block as well. Don't forget Kuhn who is 99 ovr as well. As you can see this team is built for the run game. Manziel is my backup (Mariota was hurt) and while his comp % may seem high I am very efficient in the dink and dunk game. Plus with the running attack I had going it made that even easier. Hayne is 83 ovr and is a very poor mans Bell. He broke a 38 yard run which inflated his stats some but he had a hell of a game with 4 tds. My WRs are decent but nothing special. They get the job done. Richardson was my 1st rd pick this year and I think he has a bright future.

As for defense I was a bit bummed. My team had been shutting the opposition down. But then again going against Cam, Lynch, Megatron, and Devante Parker was pretty tough. Cam went up top to Megatron probably 4 times and he caught 3 and had 1 broken up. So tough to stop. Lynch did Lynch things. He killed me in the screen game. Parker was just getting open. Their rookie WR Ross kept getting a step on my S. Cam is just so elusive. Very hard to stop.

Real proud of my team though. With the backup QB in and playing in Philly against a team of this caliber they just pounded them into submission. Also just a fyi I'm running Chip Kellys offense.

Re: JoshC1977's M16 Sliders

Hey, idk if this has been asked but do the autosubs effects work without turning stamina down or messing with the other sliders? As per say adding the auto subs on non defeault sliders. Kinda dumb question I feel but none the less lol
