All default sliders, per your OP, plus the 50 fatigue and 60/80 subs you suggested.

So by that I mean just what you have on your front page, w/ all game play sliders at 50, INJ at 70, fatigue at 50, and your penalty sliders as stated in the main menu and CFM.

This is a whole new world.

Re: JoshC1977's M16 Sliders

Josh, a major development here is less sticky and more dynamic OL/DL interactions, where I feel like I have more control over my DL's engagement with the OL. I'm seeing a great balance re: run defense and pass rush.

Which penalty sliders are generating this?

And if I were to decide over some more games that I'd like closer trailing in man coverage for the HUM, what would be the most direct way to address that?

I have to say, this is all very, very interesting.

CPU HB and QB behavior is markedly different--much more dynamic, matchup-based/contextual, etc.

I've been getting some great games with this exact set-up but with penalties at default as well. For my skill level the game seems easier (especially passing) with the penalty adjustments vs. default penalties. Either way, the game is fantastic with the OP setup and/or OP setup and default penalties with the original 75 man roster. Kudos to all of you for this find.

I agree....the lineplay has been MUCH better with the default roster and this setup. Multiple things are contributing:
  • The fact that the various pass rush traits are showing up. The high motor trait and pass rush moves are more apparent.
  • The 50 fatigue is important as the players have more energy on the stamina bars to keep going for a longer period of time.
  • The 60/80 autosubs for O-line and D-line are critical as it provides a balanced push-push mechanic
  • The holding slider for disengage and offsides/false start for an added push by the d-line and o-line, respectively.

The most direct way would likely be to bump up the DPI slider to 55/54 or 55/55. This unfortunately will affect CPU coverage as well....but it is really the only way. That said, I'm 13 games into my CFM with this setup and the default roster and haven't had much desire to change the coverage sliders. It depends on matchups more than anything (plus that inherent game-to-game variability that Madden always has).

You are still using your penalty sliders in op, or 50 default?

My OP set....I still can't abide by default....I still feel like the lineplay is too "sticky"....even with the default roster.
