Yea I've had to stick to the dink and dunk offense almost entirely with the Rams.
Sometimes I can get a 1 on 1 situation where Tavon Austin can make an impact play but his size doesn't produce a great (or even good) success rate on 50/50 catches.
I usually stick to short timing routes, crosses, dump offs to my RBs, or anything that can move the chains if my run game fails.

The most telling stat is the blocking stats. They're offensive and defensive lines are so deep. Wilson was on his back most of the game, and second half I made adjustments to go all short passes or max protect (which is when I made my comeback).
The game just has so much variety with these sliders, and I love it. I was down 27-3 at half because I was an idiot and got aggressive when I didn't have time to be that way. You play real football you succeed with these sliders. You play stupidly and you suffer.
For those of you with TOP issues - You need to have a run off of 15 or less because most users will take time at the line to read over a defense whereas a CPU team will snap almost as soon as they are set.
Think about it - if you took 3-5 seconds more than the cpu every snap, and you have 60 plays a game, you will have a (roughly, depending on pass/run ratio and completion percentage) 3-5 minute TOP advantage.
Having run off at 15 or below makes the CPU snap around 5-7 seconds left.

I guess I misled everyone by speaking of It in terms of TOP. It's play count that I'm having trouble with, but I think it may be my conservative style of play. If I were to take more big chances down field instead of just going for the sticks I would be punting more, giving the CPU more possessions.

Great stats. What did u keep cpu run blocking at? I personally have it at 96 cuz I'm great at stopping the run.
