What's everybody rolling with in terms of penalty sliders?

Face Mask and Block in the Back @ 52, Roughing the Passer at 50, everything else at 55.

Do penalty sliders effect gameplay like previous versions? Like reaction times and so forth. I seem to recall pass interference sliders changing the way wide outs and defensive backs interact.
