Penalty Sliders Gameplay Explanations?

Can anyone tell me the what the effects of penalty sliders have on gameplay other than increasing the chance of getting a penalty called?

I know they do have an effect, I just don't understand what slider does what.

I was playing on Default All-Madden and was having fun games, just the CPU completion percentage was out of control. Almost every CPU QB I played finished with at least 75-80%.

Now I am playing with Jarodd's Penalty Sliders and I've noticed the CPU completion percentage is down to around 60-70% and the only thing I've changed were the penalty sliders, not the gameplay sliders. Although now the CPU seems to scramble a lot more....Aaron Rodgers and Jay Cutler both hit 50 yards on the ground against me....odd.

Anyways, if someone could please tell me what exactly each slider changes in terms of gameplay and how it effects the game on the field that would be great! Thanks!
