I agree. I use the set from the OP in coach mode apart from having this turned on. It has made the running game much more realistic for both the human and CPU in my game. The average yards are spot on with variations up to my HB having a 200 yard game. I was really enjoying the game with Josh's set, but turning this on just raised it to another level

Yes definitely have this on if doing coach mode. I saw a CPU Sammy Watkins take a punt to the house with all sorts of crazy side steps and jukes in crunch time

Anyone else having an issue where quarterbacks are too accurate? I have checked over my settings a bunch of times, and I am still seeing 70-80% completion percentages for both the user and cpu on the settings with these sliders.

Nope, not at all....not even close...

Make sure your intro difficulty is set to All Pro as well. If you aren't sure, delete your profile and then set it to AP after the intro.

I have had a similiar issue, what type of passes are they. Cpu agianst me when they have higher %percentage is because they either dump off or I have a break down coverage and a man will always be open in zone.

Also what team are you playing as. I play as the Bears and they have a horrendous secondary, so there is always someone open. If you run alot of zone try running more man.

I don't have the QB accuracy issue. It's usually between 65%-75%.

Guys having cases of "robo qb" by the cpu may want to check their autosubs, reset them back to default and then back to what Josh has on his(80 in/60 out) and see what happens.

I stuck with original OP. not adjusting IBB to 49, left at 50. Had great NFC Champ game against Cowboys, lost though.
