The only change I made was to hum pass coverage,I'm currently testing 95 right now as at a lower setting I wasn't seeing my defense swarming to the ball like I think they should,and this would lead to easy completions in the past in the passing game.

The new changes seemed real nice Charter,I was able to finally have a run game mixing in stretches,off tackle and motion runs.

The jury is still out on hum pass coverage though,I'll have to play more games (which I don't mind) so hopefully things will pan out.

Is it just me or do the injuries need to be toned down. I'm involved in two leagues. One with a friend and the other where it's just me. I usually get 1-2 injuries per game for both leagues. It's pretty ridiculous and a little infuriating. Is anyone else experiencing this?

As long as you don't sit back in one coverage, I find 55 coverage and 52 reaction time is darn near perfect.

How many injuries are their in real life per game? Also are those major injuries?

Try the 55 coverage 52 reaction time that was mentioned

I went ahead and updated the OP with a change to user cover to 55 and reaction time to 52.

I also lowered defensive holding. Like JoshC mentioned I can't see that it gets call more and it can affect stuff negatively.

Also raised holding to 57.
