Re: Charter04's Madden 17 All Madden Sliders

After two game I'm not happy with the stats I'm getting. I know two games don't tell everything but, they tell enough.

I'm too much of a stats guy to let some stuff slide. So want to share what numbers I want to see. These are all real NFL numbers from last season. I want to see a 3-5 game average at least be close to these.

128.8 combined plays per game (pass attempts +Rush attempts +sacks allowed)

Individual team high 70.4
Low 57.5

Yards per play 5.5 average
Team high 6.3
Low 4.9

Yards per pass attempt
7.3 average
8.5 high
6.2 low

Yards per completion
11.5 average
13.5 high
10.7 low

Yards per carry
4.1 average
4.8 high
3.5 low

So that is the range. There are time when you may get a lite higher or lower in 2-5 games but, it needs to be in the neighborhood.

My plays are good at 68.5 for me and 57 for the CPU. I would like to see the CPU get more but, I thinks it because of their yards per carry being too high.

My yards per play are 6.96 (too high)

Yards per pass 11.5 (way to high)

Yards per completion
17.5 ( too high)

Yards per carry 4.19 (great)

The CPU is averaging 6.23 yards per play ( higher than average but, at least close)

Yards per pass 6.46 ( below average but, not to low)

Yards per carry 5.96 (too high)

Yards per completion
9.0 (too low)

So if I can just bring down my own yards per attempt and yards per completion and the CPU's yards per carry and raise the CPUs yards per attempt and yards per completion a little I would be happy

Maybe I overreacted a little. Lol. Looking at some number through two games and one game in real life there are some pretty high numbers. Maybe i should play about 3 more games and get a better amount of numbers to go by

Is anyone else absolutely getting torched against the cpu running game. I am using these sliders run block at 40 and the cpu averages like 180 rush yards a game through 7 games and our rush defense isn't that good but should not be nowhere near this bad but everything else is great

Run game plays out pretty well and mostly realistically until the one or two enormous runs that get broken off at some point by CPU, human or usually both. This skews the stats to the high end for total rush yards and brings the per carry average in the proximity of average values. This isn't a slider issue as far as I can tell, but an inherent flaw in the coding that needs to be patched. Meanwhile, I have attempted to raise speed parity and lower run block from the base set to combat it, but I think it's mostly useless and introduces counter effects that are less than desirable.

There are several threads in the main section regarding this issue and it's a problem across all difficulty levels.

I think fatigue is good @ 50.
I'm guessing it's probably the autosubs (default in CFM is 50/49).
That means players are still on the field w/ fatigue as low as 51 !!
I'm thinking something like 80/70 or 80/75 for certain positions.
I also could see less(big) injuries occurring when the player's on the field are fresher.

Re: Charter04's Madden 17 All Madden Sliders

Yea I'm probably gonna have to restart my franchise and do an offline one. The CPU just doesn't sub enough with 49/50. It really causes issues. Plus I can change playbooks and keep the depth charts better with 32 team control
