Ah got it to work the second time in. Slowly going to set up a new franchise team by team with custom books. Thank you so much for your help. Hope I don't run into that glitch again. Worst case backing out once more seems to work. Pain in the *** but better than nothing!

Sweet! Yeah for me, it's worth it. I just setup the team Im facing week to week so I don't get burn out.

Another good thing about creating an existing coach is, we can also Change the QB gameplay w/ schemes!
So I'm currently testing,

1. Custom books
2. Create 2nd coach(cpu opp.)
3. Adjust autosubs(cpu team)
4. Formation subs(cpu)
5. Depth chart (cpus Punt returners, etc.)
6. Schemes, Qb scheme(west coast, Vertical)
That's all fine tuning the CPU to play at its most realistic top performance it can.

I'm 0-3 to start the regular season and was 3-1 in preseason.
Anxious to see how the new patch plays w/ these 99% default sliders.
Only adjusted penalties.

Question: When counting plays, are you supposed to not only count passes and runs, but sacks as well? Cause sometimes in the game, it shows the amount of plays for each team in a popup presentation window and only counts passes and runs.

Just was curious if people count sacks too.

I can't get this to work for creating a coach. The player I understand, but when I do coach workaround the way you said, all kinds of weird stuff happens when I get into the game.

Also, how do you get the game to play (2nd controller as coach) without it crashing? Every time I attempted to play in this way, Madden crashes on me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
