Wow, another great game against another good team. Buffalo was no-where near as good at stopping Charles and the run game as Dallas was, as Charles went for 140+yds. Travis Kelce came out in beast mode in this one after being stopped at the 1yd line to end the game against Dallas last week. He caught a crossing route on the Chiefs first drive and just completely destroyed Ronald Darby on the edge. He went on to grab 2 TD's in this one. Smith and Taylor we're both equally great in this one. Neither one turning it over and both making good scrambles, as well as both doing a fantastic job of moving around and getting more time and throwing it.

Tyreek Hill hurt himself again this week, but once again will not miss any games as he looks to suit-up next week against the 2-2 Eagles.

Some great and games HighCmpPct! Competitive and with some good stats there.

Now I got a question for you guys. Right now I seem to be having a problem getting too many sacks. The only thing I can think off, is the stamina of my DLinemen. It seems since I changed my auto subs for them, both my DE's and DT's are tearing thru the line. Maybe they are too fresh for the cpu Oline? After that I can only think of switching speeds after the first 4 games of the season. In which I had no sacks And that was at fast speed. Currently back to normal speed. I have DL and RB's at the auto sub settings you guys are using.

What are you guys seeing?

Man I guess my Pro is stuck in great Madden mode right now lol. Yet another great, close, low-scoring, defensive game. This was a match-up of the #1 and #5 defenses and it played like it. It all ended with Smith scrambling out to his left looking for someone in the endzone on 3rd & goal in OT, nobody could get open so he punched it in himself to give the Chiefs the walk-off win in Philly!

We lost Tyreek Hill (1 week) and Chris Jones (2 weeks) to shoulder tears in this one. The doctors have cleared Hill but they way he's hurt himself the past 3 games we're gonna have him sit-out this game regardless of injury.

I know man I keep telling myself okay no more little write-ups, but then it's another classic great game and I can't help it lol.

Well I can't speak for different speeds, as since I switched to Fast speed I haven't played on anything else.

But to your question, Here's what I'm seeing.

Game 3: 7 sacks (Houston 5)

So yeah, I'm seeing a bit too many myself. I also never play on the line really, Safety, Corner, or LB is about all I play now. So I don't help out that way. However I will say it's QB and Line dependent, you can definitely tell when your team with either a good line that can hold you off or a good QB you gets rid of the ball quickly, and if you come against a good line and QB man that's hard.

Hey guys I need some advice. Been playing OOTB and now I know why i loved madden when it was released! Problem is I'm getting torched on pass defense every game. 12 minQ - All-Madden - Default sliders except for 30INT.
I feel like the CPU QB plays almost perfect except for they complete everything - giving up 4-5td passes a game and 40+ points, so I don't want to nerf them too much. Do you guys think I should lower pass block, pass coverage or both? And to what? Thanks for the help.

Switch it to default AP for a few games, see how much different it plays. The All-Madden side seems to need more tweaking than the AP, imo.

Alot of things could play into this.
Fatigue setting
Auto subs
I'd start by setting oline and Dline at the same default autosubs.

It could also be the QBs your facing in combo w/ the other settings.
Look at the Qbs that you played that only took a few sacks and made smart reads.
What was that qbs traits, passing ratings, awr, confidence?.Who did they throw to
WRs/Tes/HBs? And of course the ratings of these positions also

No..no I definitely wouldn't touch those 2, they are very finnicky.

First off I have some questions for you.

1. Are you playing CFM. And who are you playing with?

2. What type of defense do you mainly call? Is it more zone favored or more man favored? Do you blitz a lot?

3. What position do you play on defense? Do you switch?

4. What kind of adjustments do you make? Of they are passing a lot on you do you call more zone or more man? Same with if they are running on you.

You can check out my All-Madden set on post #969 of this thread. That set-up gave me a very realistic comparable season to the real-life Packers .
