Video (may still be buffering):

OOTB, 1975 completed edited CFM with almost perfect stats.

playing in week two vs bengals with earl the pearl on the steel curtain:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yx5SEgbvhKs

I got a CFM file that is just as good with the 93 roster set.

Good win here for us as we inch ever closer to locking up the NFC West Title. We suffered quite a few big injuries in this game however.

Injured:
MLB James Laurinaitis (4 Weeks)
TE Vernon Davis (4 Weeks)
WR J.J. Nelson (4 Weeks)
QB Zach Mettenberger (3 Weeks)

After playing somewhat poorly over the first half and getting benched. Vick came off the bench after Mettenberger got hurt and showed out in this one to cruise us to the victory. Even if Mettenberger were healthy this week not sure he would be starting.

Really sucks losing J.J. Nelson, after signing him off someone's practice squad he's really given a boost to the passing attack. Especially as a deep threat down the field.

Laurinaitis really stepped up big along with Malcolm Smith in the absence of Paul Posluszny the past few weeks. Finally having both of them healthy again was really showing in our defense. Now once again we'll be playing limp up the middle.

No heartbreaking loss in losing Vernon Davis for a couple weeks, but is does take away a bit of our 2 TE packages, as well as on our play-action plays. Gates is still the #1 obviously, but with just Jim Dray on the other side look for the defense to key in on Gates a little closer.

Maybe I should look through the thread to find out what exactly I should go OOTB.
I assume that none of you will be downloading the newest patch that is soon expected ?
I do not like the fact that the sim engine has 10-total plays too many, on average.
This is the same for patched or non-patched.

I assume I will see more QB fumbles and strip sacks.

And I think the DB sliding glitch also does not exist in the OOTB.

have fun everyone.

tyler28: have you changed your sliders at all for AP level and does AM level really add +5 to all cpu defensive players ratings ?

thanks
Yes the only thing you have to worry about is the strip sacks. 2 things help tremendously. Raise the carry rating on your QB. The other I forget myself, is don't try to throw if they break past the line of scrimmage. Pick up blitz as soon as possible. Take the sack if you have to. Cover the ball. Or get rid of the ball asap. But if lineman or blitzer is past the line it's too late to throw away. But raising carry does help. You won't fumble as much on throw.
