Re: Flazko's True NFL Realism Sliders (Madden 17)

Both the last game, and this game were using the special sauce of Flazko. I love that special sauce, its so warm and gooey... :|

This second game was using my 3-4 Steelers fantasy draft team where I went for 23 or younger with as many Development traits as I could get. I did this because I wanted to see difference between 3-4 and 4-3 with the sliders.

Pitt
Winston 24 of 39 for 315 yds, 2td, 2int, 2 fumbles, 61%

Redskins
Osweiler 28 of 35 for 339yds, 1 td, 1 int, 2 fumbles, 80%

Pitt
T. Gurley 23 for 124yds 5.3ypc, 1 td, 1btk

Redskins
L. Murray 13 for 38yds, 2.7ypcs, 2td, 4 btk

Pitt
H. Henry 7 rec for 57yds, 2 drops
A. Cooper 6 rec for 137ds, 1 td
T. Gurley 4 rec for 31yds
M. McCaffery 2 rec for 33yds, 1 td (Honorable mention for 63 ovr reciever)

Redskins
Kearse vs M. Peters 9 rec for 90yds
Amendola vs J. Ramsey 6 rec for 56yds
R. Gronkowski 3 rec for 51yds, 1 td

Pitt Defense
M. Peters led team with 4 solo tackles, B. Jones led team with 10 total tackles. J. Smith, E. Ogbah and L. Williams all ahd 1 sack. 1 pick by M. Peters in the 4th because I got pressure and it was only a minute left. No pass deflections. 1 forced fumble by J. Ramsey, 2 fumbe rec by L. Williams and 1 by E. Ogbah.

Redskins Defense
C. Harris Jr led team with 5 solo tackles, D. Johnson led team with 13 total tackles. C. Long had 1.5 sacks, C. Campbell 1 sack, P. Posluzny 1 sack, R. Blanton 1 sack, M. Kendricks .5 sacks. R. Blanton and C. Harris Jr both had 1 pick. 7 seperate Redskins defenders had deflections...

All in all a good game I basically won on a last minute field goal combined with a pick from pressure.

Yep I looked at the real steel curtain and saw that the two DT's on that team were boss's. The ends were no joke as well. I got 3 LB's that are mid 80s, my corners are decent, my safeties are low to mid 80's. But yeah that Dline causes havoc.

The big runs were all to the outside away from that Dline.

Not about the slider but can someone explain me why my CB1 never is against the other team WR1?

Flazko, back to the speed parity and the run blocking sliders. what do you think of 75 speed parity and run blocking at 15/85?

You're using 90 parity with 20/80. Yestersay I played a game with your standard blue 15/65 with a parity of 60. We then determined that 20/90 or 15/85 or 20/80 would yield a favorable run game, but that was based off of a parity of 90. I'm wondering if I go with a parity of 75, if that would impact those run blocking sliders. Does that make sense? Thanks Flazko

Speed parity impacts everything, you just have to try it out and see if you like it.

Right. I liked the 15/85, but with a lower speed parity, that could mean bigger runs to the outside. A higher speed parity will limit that, but then I might be better off with 20/80 at 90 instead of 15/85 at 75. Just wanted your opinion. Truthfully, I think 15/80 at 60 wouldn't be bad either. Thanks again bro

Basically I'm looking for balance. Balance for you is 20/80 at 90 parity. I'm wondering if that would translate to 15/85 at 75 parity.
