Ive played through three full season with three different fantasy drafted teams.

One with a crazy Dline and LB Corp. One with a awesome OLine and mostly good offense. And then one where I just wanted as many superstar/quick players as I could get under 23 years of age.

All were a blast. Though the one team I had with Darius Slay and Stephon Gilmore, two of the best young corners in the game. Gave up 400 yards passing a game...lol

His Purple and Special Sauce set.

So far, with the new patch, I cant be stopped in the passing game.

My running game is good with a few teams. Heck I started a basic, no FD Browns team and ran for 130 yards with Crowell against Philly.

I just finished a season and averaged 425 ypg passing, threw 70 TDs to 5 picks.

Dude I'm using the browns and I expect that kind of games! lol. Try playing a few better matchups . Browns are garbage

Re: Flazko's True NFL Realism Sliders (Madden 17)

Like some people, I deleted my profile and the tuner (not the game) and then, I started a new CFM with the Rams and it was a great game against the 49ers. All-Pro, without the tuner and with Flazko's Purple Set (Normal, 15 min), I saw Gabbert missed throws when he was under pressure (instead of just throw away the ball or get sacked) and the run game was really realistic.

Re: Flazko's True NFL Realism Sliders (Madden 17)

Haven't posted in a while but I decided to finally (after being begged to actually start our league back up) to start our 3 user ( sometimes we add more depending) CFM.

Browns
Bears
49ers

Using the purple set initially and then had to make some modifications to increase difficulty.

Qb acc for user is at 1.... I know but I'm just not seeing the inconsistencies I want from the qbs our terrible teams run. (Gabbert Cutler and that Browns rookies whose name escapes me... Ahhh Kessler?)

The guy who is the niners is 0-2
Blowouts from the rams and still waiting for him to play the seahawks. He's a typically madden speed guy. He only grabs fast players and runs outside so we have some house rules against repeat plays on a drive. He went and signed Keith Marshall after being stuffed with Hyde and got about 6 yards a carry in his second game.

We also have trade rules because trading for elite guys is easy so we have a 2 slot max for user offers and a veto system in place for trades that go through. He traded a 5th and a scrub corner for tunsil a quick progression G rookie so we made him bump it too a 2nd rounder. Trades can make teams too good too fast and all pro really shows ratings so guys like gronk and Gurley shine.

The Browns guy is 2-1 with one score wins over the Eagles and Ravens. Ravens was in OT last play apparently. His lose came against the dolphins in a bit of a blowout. I'm concerned about his passing numbers with Kessler and pryor who are at the top of the league right now and I'd like to see them struggle a bit more but the Eagles best CB is a 71 in our roster set so we shall see. As of this week I Upped coverage to 100 and reaction to 18 for the CPU.

I have made some light alterations here and there. I'm currently 3-0 with a 2 score win against the eagles where I was trailing most of the game. A one point victory over the Texans where I gave up 200 rushing yards. And an awesome 9-7 victory over the Cowboys. I injured romo and dak came in. I have edited dak to be an 82 with quick progression and he struggled anyway. I gave up moderate yards to Zeke but kept him under 100 and away from the end zone. He was my main target on defense. I fumbled on a punt return and in the redzone twice but their redzone trips ended in a fake field goal at the half which failed and a couple 4th down stops in the fourth. Dak drove then down with 1:12 left to score with Witten and it was heart racing 9-7 with their 3 timeouts. I rushed for about 70 and threw for about 220. If not for the fumbles I could have at least gotten more field goals but that's football.

That Dallas game was one of my favorite madden games to date.

So some mixed results but all pro can be very fun. My Dbs actually cover and make picks and swats. I don't know about the other guys games tho.

I decided I didn't like the stats we were putting up so I lowered game times to 11 minutes so that the CPU had a chance to put up similar stats as far as awards go. Awards are fun in CFM s with other users but it sucks when it's all just an XP chase for guys with high speeds and the 40000 exps I've seen can turn a pure speed guy into ODB in one season. I'd like to not always win awards and games.

Going from this modified purple set with some slight house rules on play calling and trading the league is pretty fun.

Hopefully the coverage for Cpu gets tighter and keeps guys from throwing all game. They need to learn to run for 3-4 yards and not give up after 10 carries. I also believe I lowered user tackling to give CPU a better chance against negative runs. It really hurts the passing game when it's 3rd and 13 after 2 runs.

I've also been able to strip the ball here and there which is a huge addition to game play because over aggression leads to big plays but those strips helped me beat the Texans.

I am considering adjusting play speed but I don't want to do it mid season and mess with guys. No doubt I'd like to personally lose more games but I think I'll wait til the off-season.

Really hate madden players who call money plays and use only speed guys to out run poor Cpu pursuit angles but I have no way of policing it.

The trading house rules really make you have to GIVE something to get something. Using only 2 slots I couldn't get Jalen Ramsey or some other guys I have madden crushes on without giving up a first. We also set blocks on trading before the draft because that FA and draft period makes the CPU think they have irrational needs they could address in FA and the draft. So we shut that off until Regular season week 1 when all the CPU teams finalize their roster. We don't allow trading for certain players I think teams would never trade like Dak and Wentz and we have a discussion over updating player ratings for guys who are better than initial rosters say they are.

All pro purple (all be it a bit modified) has been a wonderful base set for the league and has given some challenge to me and the other users. Bad teams play bad or even good teams with bad positional players like the poor Eagles CBs play bad. Running on them was harder against guys like Cox and Logan but my recievers could compete with their Dbs so the game was fun. Guys like Watt and Clowney were noticeable in my Texans game and Hopkins was a threat even when doubled.

Still hoping to see some improvements from the CPU defense and hoping to see the user qbs struggle until they find an elite or franchise guy. And some of the recievers who have high speed have some high stats but we shall see how the league plays out.

I worry about slideritis and almost didn't want to change anything for the sliders but I am going to tell everyone to delete their madden profiles just in case
