In those 21-21 first quarter games, is it all from big plays? How are you getting that many points? I'm curious - I'm working on my all-madden set right now.

This makes me wonder if each game is a little different for everyone else. If I set my pass blocking to this, I would have all day to throw. 10 seconds at least. I have the same parity, almost the same fatigue (mine is 60). My pass block is at 5 for me and 2 for the CPU. We both have time to find a WR.

I just played with my new all-madden set, and it was hands down the best and most competitive game that I've played on Madden 17. I'll post the entire set that I used, the 2-3 minor changes that I'm going to make to it, along with a brief summary of my 31-28 win over the Chiefs.

First time I've put the controller down after a game and wanted to pick it right back up.

Fyi. I stick with playing as a DL or rush OLB. But if I'm losing then I'll play as a LB in coverage.

No house rules on offense. Do whatever you want

Ren you and i are very similar in sets we like and I cant play all pro regardless of the settings i try to handicap myself with its still too easy for me personally. I too have been working on a set of my own for all madden and was hoping we could maybe mix ours together in sime fashion. if you dont mind can you please try the sliders you havent posted just yet with Human QBA and CPU QBA at 0 and human pass block 0, cpu pass block 5. i was getting anywhere from 2.5 to 3.5 seconds in the pocket at 0 pass block and i tested qba at 0 and saw misses from Jimmy G at 76 that Brady at 94 wasnt missing. i personally am going to go 0/0 qba and human rb 44 but im currently stuck at cpu run block and where i should put my tackling slider for human & cpu.

Ok here are my All-Madden settings. I used the red set as a base. The thing I noticed when the settings were all even was that the computer blocking was better than human. Everything else seemed pretty much even:

Game Speed: Slow (I feel it gives a more authentic feel)
Quarter Length: 8 min

No accelerated clock or minimum play clock so that it feels more authentic.
I do have all defensive assists on (because like I said I want it to feel authentic), however I have ball carrier special move set to assist.

HUMAN / CPU

QB Acc: 5/5
Pass Block: 5/2
WR Catch: 62/62 (Got tired of WRs dropping balls on every hit. It's still there here, but not as much. The few drops actually make the stats look more realistic here.)
Run Block: 63/60
Fumbles: 38/38
Pass D Reac: 20/20
Interceptions: 48/48
Pass Cov: 95/95
Tackling: 55/55

(I still haven't gotten use to this stupid kicking meter!)
FG Power: 52
FG Acc: 58
Punt Power: 60
Punt Acc: 95
KO Power: 52

Fatigue: 60
Speed Threshold: 95

(Had way too many false starts, that's why it's low)
Offside: 50
False Start: 30
Holding: 52
Defense Holding: 58
Face Mask: 51
Defense PI: 62 (Might have to bump this a little bit. Not seeing many of these)

All other penalties set to ON with block in back and roughing passer at 50.



AUTO SUBS - IN/OUT:

QB: 1/0
HB: 78/73
WR: 35/30
FB/TE: 25/20
OL: 1/0

DT: 93/88
DE: 93/88
LB: 25/20
CB: 25/20
S: 25/20

All game stats are realistic. I don't like either side having an advantage and this set makes it more real for me. I just recently set the run blocking at 63/60 because I was having such a hard time running and so was the CPU. I had this setting for my last 2 games and it was better and more realistic.

What would really help is if EA released the advantage percentage one side has over the other in each Madden setting. That way you know if you actually are really good or if its the sliders helping you out. This will never happen though unfortunately
