Oh man, I was heart broken and I live in KC. My lady of course hates the Raiders, and I dont care either way. But Carr has been one of my favorite players to watch this year and last.

Just reminds me so much of Favre.

Howdy all, thanks as always for the hard work.

I have a question for those of you using 100 tackle...have you noticed running back type making any difference?

It would seem with tackling so high that there would be no reason to use anything but a speed back because if you get touched you're going down.

Thanks in advance for your time.

Happy new year to you all!

100 tackling mainly caused defenders to take better pursuit angles. Power backs can still break tackles and are more likely to get gang tacked, though like any player, they can be taken down via a solo tackles. Speed backs and scat backs have a better shot at getting to the edge, but they'll need to be ultra-elusive.

Hope that helps!

Yeah I can see that, tho maybe a bit more polished version of Favre.

I BELIEVE in Matt McGloin. I BELIEVE!

This was the first time I've attempted an onside kick in M17, thought there's a 0% chance I get it. Hogan dove for the ball and came up empty. M17 wise was a very fun game.

As for the sliders, I had to adjust Pass Blocking to 50/50. Hear me out because I think Madden mislabeled the slider again. It should be "Pass Rushing." I've tested this several times and the Rush gets better with higher slider setting. I think the O-Line's ability and awareness arn't affected, and only the Pass Rushers ability is.

I also feel like 37 catch is a little low, for users at least. First game my team had 8 drops vs CPU's 2. This game I raised to 40/40 and its 4 USER, 1 CPU. I admit 1-2 are passes into traffic, but I've seen Hopkins and Fidorowicz drop wide open passes.

Pass rush gets better for who? Human pass block slider higher, does the pass rush get better for the human or cpu?

Re: Flazko's True NFL Realism Sliders (Madden 17)

Made it to the conference championship in the 4th season of my Jets franchise with modified red set. We had some tough games throughout the year and the defense had some inconsistencies, but we finished 12-4. We went on to beat the Titans and MVP Marcus Mariota 42-17 as Mariota played pretty poorly. For next season I'm going to lower the quarter length to 12 minutes and the acc clock I'm not sure what to move that to; I would guess somewhere between 16-18 seconds.

I might change it up the schemes as well. I've been using a custom browns playbook on offense that's getting stale. Defensively I might change to more of a 4-3 blitzing scheme as I've had more success when trying to put pressure on the QB; I force the QB into more mistakes that way. The AFC Championship will be in Baltimore and it should be a good one as we lost to them earlier on in the season.

Any thoughts on moving the Jets to Brooklyn?
