Is there a way to change development other than with XP

I was a little stuck on Will Fuller, he's at Normal, I thought about changing him to Quick but I thought he and Treadwell both had an equal season so I left them both at Normal.

Yeah, player traits. Go to edit player in Franchise, you can't change it in main menu.

I may back off on superstar for Dak since I'll be using the most updated rosters...don't want him to be a 95 in 2 years. Same with Bosa.

I was gonna say, if you're using updated rosters just set them to Quick but I'm using week 1 rosters.
