Can someone explain how the practice squad works? I'm currently in week 3 of the preseason and I'm making my usual cuts. There are a few players I want to keep so if I assign them to the practice squad now will that count as a cut? I've noticed the CPU teams haven't assigned any players to the squad yet. Obviously practice squad players don't count towards the 53 man roster so if I go to sign a player will I have an option to put him on my practice squad if he's eligible?

Played my first pre season game browns vs packers

I won 31-28

Eddie lacy got pack on board first with 3 yard td...RG3 would connect with Corey Coleman for 42 yard td colemans first reception in NFL welcome rookie.

Lacy score again from 7 yards 14-7.

Second quarter

Browns only manage a fg 14-10 halftime.

Second half

This starts off with bang... As Andrew Hawkins takes KO 107 yards to house right up middle.. 17-14.

Starks gets pack on top with 44 yard td...21-17 ..browns ball and McCown finds Louis for 4 yard td.24-21...and that's 3rd.

4th quarter.

Browns ball again and McCown finds Louis again for 3 yard td 31-21..pack would score late on 80 yard td pass.

We lost safety rahim Moore to broken ribs out 4 weeks

I may have tweak some things it seemed the cmp was too accurate with passes meanwhile I could barely hit my wr's.

So now it's on to week 2.

Ok so love your channel, love watching you play your franchise and other sports titles.

But these sliders arent for me.

I just played second game of season beat the Bengals 47 to 9. Was dominant in every phase of the game.

Aaron Rodgers was there QB and he was TERRIBLE.

There running game was more then pathetic, and only got some yards because of a 65 yard run in the 4th qtr.

Thanks for all your stuff on your channel though!

Yeah, definitely increasing human tackling as well. I have 4 guys going for clean tackles and the AI is just pounding my defenders.

I wouldn't change anything. The next game I held the CPU to just over 100 yards rushing. Keep it as is and see if you improve.

(I just noticed the edited set got put in saturday evening, however I had already set up the previous sliders earlier in the day, so the ones currently listed were not tested)

From my saturday night games. Overall I liked the sliders, some odd things at times though. The first game I got so crazy with the run I had to sit charles, didn't want an injury. I can't remember much of the second (it was actually pretty close but can't recall if I just played sloppy as the rum kicked in or what) and the third one just got out of control somehow in my favor as I hit a true tipsy point.

Seeing the new changes will be interested in trying them out, hoping they get a little harder. Planning on doing another #TipsyTigger on tuesday with these.

To all those who are saying the sliders are too easy or they are dominating the AI/CPU I'd personally love to know a few things;

1) Are you playing on defensive camera when on defense?
2) Are you switching players to the guy closest to the ball carrier?
3) Are you calling your own plays all the time or using suggestions?
4) Are you hot routing/adjusting WR's routes to exploit gaps?
5) Are you pressing any of the catch icons like aggressive catch/possession catch etc with your WR's?
6) Are you playing on zoom camera on offense or wide so you can see everything?

It'd be interesting to know.
