Re: Armor & Swords Madden 17 Custom All-Pro Simulation Style Sliders

ARmor I have used your Madden and NBA2k sliders for years. But I have to say that for some reason I suck this year with these sliders. I can't get any passing yards so I usually have less than 120 offensive yards a game while the other qb completely destroys me going for more than 300 yards a game. I played with the sliders upping my coverage, reaction to 75 while lowering the AIs to 25. But I still lose most of my games and they are not really fun at all. Would you suggest going to a lower difficult level or still tampering with the sliders?

BTW: I too think that injuries are way out of hand. 5 games into CFM and I already have 7 guys out. Although its only my players who get hurt, so it might also be my playstyle

Re: Armor & Swords Madden 17 Custom All-Pro Simulation Style Sliders

Update on my Patriots franchise with your sliders, through 4 games with Jimmy G I went 2-2, the first 2 games I was able to ride my defense and only allowed 16 points in 2 games and then the last 2 games the "real" Jimmy G started to show, turnovers killed me in every game and I dropped a one sided game to Houston and their killer front 7 and another heartbreaker to Buffalo where I should have won easily but 2 pick 6's and a missed XP bit me in the behind, Buffalo won 36-33 in an exciting game and now Brady's back so it's time to take the AFC East back under control as I'm 1 GB and in 3rd currently.

Re: Armor & Swords Madden 17 Custom All-Pro Simulation Style Sliders

Well...I am going to do this slight 32 team type control method in my single team CFM's.

Whoever I will face that week I will create a new character as the current coach of said team. So for example If I am playing Green Bay I will click down R3, select Green-Bay and use existing coach (Mike Mccarthy), set the depth chart properly if I see anything wonky, and also do some formation subs so I see their back up RB play a little more than I am with auto subs.

Done.

That will ensure the right guys are playing special teams (returners in particular), the right running backs are playing where and how much they should, making sure their #1 CB faces my #1 WR etc.

It takes 10 minutes and I am done. Once I finish the game I will retire that character and the same coach will again run the team again as if nothing happened.

I just want to see the right lineups and some good formation subs when I play them myself.

Pretty easy to do.

Test game #2 on PTM. I have to say, this was very fun to play. It was mostly a losing game until the 4th when I started to come back. With 1:00 left on my own 45, I threw the game ending pick. Hopefully more games are like this one in the future.

Sounds good but once you retire do auto subs revert back to default or do they stay where you left them?

I am really intrigued by this, but unless I misunderstand, man it seems like a lot of work.

Re: Armor & Swords Madden 17 Custom All-Pro Simulation Style Sliders

Lost my first game today the game I had to pause I was up 6-0....then titans scored to make it 7-6...then rg3 threw pick 6 to make it 13-6....I tied it up 13-13.

I went up 19-13...missed extra point which came back to bite me.

Titans score TD ..20-19...I got another td went for 2 up 27-20...again titans score 27-27..under 2 minutes rg3 is hit and fumbles at the 10 titans recover kick game winning FG with 20 secs left.

RG3 had a bad day threw 2 ints lost fumble oline couldn't block he got sacked 5 times.

He did throw 3 td's and got us back into game.

My kicker had bad day missed 2 extra points and FG...those missed points cost us the game.

It was a rainy game but weather didnt seem effect the cmp..was like I was playing 16 hit all there long fg's etc.

5-1 next game against Bengals who also 5-1 and battle for first in north.

Not only did we lose but lost barnidge to abdominal tear out 5 weeks.
