Re: Jarodd21s Madden 17 All-Madden Sliders

Im so burned out on the CPU running the stretch play, its stupid as hell, completely overpowered and yet it still hasnt been fixed. All the CPU needs to do is run stretch with a few dives mixed in and theyll gouge the **** out of you. Here I stop the run well, then I play the Rams and they ran stretch constantly and every single time it went for positive yards and 4 times it went for long TD's. I swear if it happens one more time Im tossing this game in the garbage as its turned into nothing but a waiting game to see who runs stretch the most and then pray I can avoid them on my schedule. Anyways, here are the stats from that ridiculous game, that game was an extreme test in patience.

Man that was a tight low scoring game. Like seeing that. Yeah you should have went with Rivers at the end.

Do you use custom/generic cpu playbooks or just the default ones with these sliders? Also, any idea how to get the qb to stop throwing the ball out of bounds whenever i get pressure? Hard enough for me to get pressure, drives me crazy to no end when i finally have a sack and then the qb just chucks it out of bounds with no intentional grounding penalty.

Re: Jarodd21s Madden 17 All-Madden Sliders

Hey i never wrote there but i am using your sets since Madden 15. I have done all the way up from green to blue in 16, and Now i moved from blue to Black on the 17, i used the Black set on a career Where i fantasy drafted a top defense team and the matches were really tough and enjoyable, Now i Have restarted a career but i am playing with a fantasy drafted top attack team, i Have done three matches and there is NO WAY to stop cpu attack, he scores 8-9 times on 10 and It's really frustating since games have really unrealistic finish, they all finish with 500+ passing yards usually and i Have been outscored 52/45,,, 64-57,,, 55-49,,, i think also that the real problem is How You set the interceptions sliders, cpu QB play really well but also if he miss a throw its really rare that my team Pick that, it happens 2-3 times on 10 missed passes (a cpu qb never miss 10 pass in a Game) so It's pretty impossible to force a turnover that can change the Game, then when i miss a throw that can be intercepted and i mean 1 throw, it is intercepted 9 Times on 10 and since IM human IT happens to miss 5/6/7/8 Throws on 35/40 that i usually Have.... I think that for being fair the interceptions sliders should be the same since my db hands looks like a joke and their db hands look like gold... Since i think like You that 50 is too low to feel realistic, i think both competitors should be around 80... Everything else is perfect and mine just want to be a post to understand what to do and not a critic! Sorry for my bad english but im italian!

Yeah it seems pretty tough to stop the CPU when you dealing with a good RB that's fast.. I usually just attack with man blitzes along with myself crashing in. I shift my Dline in the direction I think the run might go. Helps a lot. Maybe it was just that game. You say you have success most if the time stopping the run. Gurley is a beast.

I use generic playbooks. It's probably because of that QBs trait. That's the only thing I can think of. I still get about 2-3 sacks a game regarless.

You can drop the CPUs Accuracy and Catches down 5 points. That should help you get more stops. Problem is it looks like you are scoring a fon of points too so the only difference would be is you outscoring the CPU. You could also leave everthing the same and try raising your INTs to 45-50 if you feel the only problem is your INTs. You'll definitely start grabbing more pics with that small tweak.
