Default AP w/These Penalty Sliders=Amazing!

I need some help from the experts:

I am going to give all DB’s and LB’s:

penalty = undisciplined and play ball in air = aggressive

now, do we turn of the KCI AND OPI in the settings and do delete the tuner ?

Is it just me, or does it seem like the DB's act like idiots more than they should after the tuner ?

I am on ps-4 and it seems the coach work-around is wack and does not work.

I have also found that you can edit players league with, even if you just control one team.

To remove star WR and DB from KR/PR, just edit their kick return rating to ZERO and the cpu will replace them in the depth chart automatically.

Check my custom defensive pb for ps-4. one of the recent updates is titled keyword: DEFENSE17

Thanks to ACL surgery recuperation I was able to knock out an entire season in a week with the current version of penalty adjustments. I went 10-6 with the Raiders and had thoroughly good time playing. I saw a nice variety of close games, blowouts, struggles on offense, struggles on defense, etc.


I got to the QB 59 times which seems high but the Raiders do have a pretty awesome front and that still managed to only be 3rd best in the league. Still there were times when the QB held on to the ball too long. The punt return coverage could also be better but that may not be something fixable with penalty sliders. Also, while I did see P.I. it definitely was not at the rate you see it in the NFL. I may experiment with bumping that slider up but the rest of the gameplay is so good I may not be willing to change that.


Here are the final season stats. I don't have any punting stats thanks to the CFM glitch that causes this and I didn't put all the CPU stats.

Good stuff. What minute quarters and run off are you using?

BTW - I was off during this time last year recovering from a broken tibia plateau on both sides of my left knee. I sure do miss being off and playing games all day. I hope you have a good recovery.

Cracked my tibia plateau as well. Knee injuries suck. Being able to play M17 was about the only good thing about it.


I play 15 min quarters with 13 seconds for the run off. I had 973 offensive snaps (60.8 pg) and the CPU had 1,126 (70.4 pg).

I'm confused, OP says you have "holding" at 95 and made your OL better to help your team out. But also in the OP, it has "defensive holding" listed as 95, while having "holding" only listed at 55. So are they both supposed to be 95?

That was typo. O.Holding should be 95 and D.Holding should be 55. Fixed now. Thanks for the catch.
