Wait, I'm so confused on what you said the in and out was. Maybe it's just me, but what you said makes no sense.

The in and out thing for auto subs is exactly what it says, a player comes out of play when it reaches a certain fatigue number, and comes back in when he regains that fatigue number

I turned defensive auto flip on and that helped for me.

I also try to keep one safety and one LB play zone.

Also sliders help, I reduced run blk between 0-15 and increase offensive holding between 55-60, it will help with the CPU holding.
