Any reason to play online franchise

When you are just playing a Franchise against the CPU?

I've always done offline... is there a reason to play online instead?

I think it loads and sims weeks faster. Also it auto saves as well for you. I also believe you can implement tuning update or something as well while online

Because EA doesn't care about offline players, and doesn't get patches out to us.

The patch that came out at the beginning of Sept still isn't available for offline players.
