"Best" is relative to the user. Have to find which one works for you.

see all sets that people makes....isnt so easy...you have to try and see what slider set is good for you...

I use a combination of Armor and Sword's and Flazko's blue set.

I'd recommend play testing each set, and taking the element you like best.

For example, I preferred the passing game in Armor's set, so I use QB ACC/coverage/int/reaction sliders closer to what he lists.

I preferred the running game in Flazko's so I started with his #s for run blocking/tackling and tweaked to my style.

Can't go wrong with either set.
